Stay overnight, take a shower, use air conditioning. No problem.I think the location is convenient because it's near the station.I would definitely use them again if anything happens in this area.

When I have something to do in Hamura, I think it's a good location and price.Separate smoking and toilet facilities were good.

The room may be affordable but for the experience of stay, it is still NOT worth the mental exhaustion. The toilet is carpeted and smells like old cloth with piss that is stuck on its floors and walls. The shower tub does not drain normally, and took more than an hour inside the shower, I did not even soak. The wallpapers were torn, and the bed sheets were not tucked in well, as if someone else had slept in it before we checked in. The fridge was full of hair and filth. The lights are so dark, we need to use flashlights from our phone. So, it feels too uncomfortable to stay, walk inside the room and even to pee! The toilet really stinks even after spraying room scent. It is hopeless, why are they even operating this crappy hotel? Please read the reviews in google as well. It is all consistent, wish we had known before booking, they also do not give refunds, felt like a trap. Be careful before booking. It can ruin your vacation and possibility of not being able to sleep. It is what happened to us. I checked out a night before my check out date, I could not take it and so exhausted because of this hotel.

The location is good, near the station, but the facilities are old.In addition to that, the cleaning was not thorough. The bathtub is a type where you adjust the hot water and the water faucet by yourself, but at night when most people are taking a bath, the temperature is not stable, and the water keeps changing between cold and boiling water. The air conditioner in the room was covered in dust. There are no outlets near the bed, which is inconvenient, and the lighting in the room is dim. Also, when I made the reservation on the reservation site, it said it was a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray in the room and it smelled like cigarettes, so it probably wasn't a non-smoking room.Since there are only a few business hotels in Hamura, I had no choice but to stay here, but unless you are someone who doesn't mind being dirty or old, or who just wants to keep the accommodation costs down, I recommend staying at another hotel if one is available. It's better to do so.The customer service at the front desk was very good.

Cleaning started around 7:30 in the morning, and the sound of the vacuum cleaner was loud.Isn't it normal for cleaning to start at 10:00 a.m., the check-out time?I couldn't help but be shocked and amazed at this unusual hotel. The toilet also smells and doesn't feel clean.I won't use it anymore.

If you suddenly need to stay overnight with your rescue dogI searched online and found this hotel. I heard that it would be 3,980 yen if I made a reservation through Agoda rather than making a direct reservation over the phone, so I made a reservation right away. The hotel manager told me that my room was on the first floor with fewer steps, and when I entered, the amenities were minimal, but the Seiyu station in front of the station was open 24 hours, so it was sufficient.
