The hotel is conveniently located near several train stations, approximately 300 to 800 meters away, making it a manageable walk on good weather days. The lobby is situated on the 14th floor, and check-in was quick and efficient. While the room isn’t large, it’s adequate by Japanese standards—we could open a 28-inch suitcase, though walking space was limited. Most amenities were provided in the room.Overall, I found the price reasonable and enjoyed a comfortable stay!

It’s more of a business hotel but we loved staying here. Although the room is a bit small if you have two large suitcases you can make it work. …

Had the best stay and experience at this hotel - lovely, new and modern with the best amenities! Room was clean, new and comfortable & had everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get to & fro Tokyo Station as it was just a walking distance away from the hotel. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby as well. Would recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Tokyo. It feels like a 4/5 star hotel :)

It was very nice experience to stay the hotel.Every staff helps me a lot to find my stuff from the airport bus (Low cost bus). I left my duty free bag on the bus and realized the fact 10 hours after taking off. I asked a favor to the frontdesk to contact with the bus company since I don't speak Janpanese. A young lady staff with bang hair had a phone call with the bus company to check whether my stuff was there or not. Thanks to her, I was able to find my duty free bag!As I found the bus company was far from the hotel(it was outside Tokyo), asked if I can get the bag with a parcel. All the staffs at the desk tried to guide me as kind as possible about the parcel service and fee. Thanks to all the efforts, I can get my things safely and conveniently. The room is not that big, but the stay is perfect due to all the kindness from the hotel. I cannot guarantee about the size of a room, but it is close to the subway station - especially great when you visit Disneyland! Moreover, you can get active help from staffs if you have any problem during your trip. Thank you again to staffs!

It is good for business trip but not for leisure. A bit far away from Tokyu station if you bring the luggage with you. The cleaningness is fine. The breakfast is set breakfast. You can choose one from three choices. …

Nice and tidy hotel in walking distance from the Tokyo Station. Delicious served breakfasts. If you are on budget, take something in the convenience store instead 😉 Rooms are very small, cannot imagine staying there as a couple for more than two nights. For businesses travel perfectly OK.

The facilities look good however it is not useful. For the toilet, the toilet paper really sucks. For the "信楽焼“ one, it is good looking but when you use it the water would spill everywhere. The room design is bad as well. It may cause embarrassment if you live with friends here.

Nice Hotel in a very elegant Ginza area. Very small room but in Tokyo is common. Not impressed by the Japanese breakfast. Can be improved. Good service and clean room. Overall I recommend it

+It is only a half a mile from Tokyo station. Easy access to Metro (3 blocks). Room was spacious. A/C worked well. Amenities were better than expected. Shower was invigorating. Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful.
