The room was clean. A little dated. The view makes up for it though. The bed was comfortable but not as comfortable as other places that I have stayed at. The bathroom was very clean and had great amenities. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. As for the area, the Ginza line is close by and you are close to Sensou-ji temple. There are also a lot of great restaurants and stores nearby, including a huge Don Quijote.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, in the lobby... But the rooms are old and in dire need of love. We noticed paint peeling off in some places, walls damaged, carpets stained, etc. I came here 18 years ago and it looked just the same, but in good condition. We had booked a supposedly deluxe room with two double beds and one single bed, but were not given that room. They gave us a room with only two single beds. There was a hole in one of the comforters, paint was peeling from the ceiling and the ceiling lamp also had holes. We asked the hotel to give us another room and they only did so the day after. We paid $1000CAD for two nights and it is absolutely not worth that price (we paid the same amount or so for an executive room at the Hilton Odaiba that was a REAL upscale room with breakfast included.) The room they gave us after also has single beds and is old but at least it looks cleaner. The view on the skytree is breathtaking however, and the staff is friendly and polite, but this is NOT a 4 star hotel by any means in its current state. Not to mention they still have that ridiculous rule where you need to pay to access the pool. I had hoped after nearly 20 years they'd changed that....The location is perfect, but honestly save your money and find yourself another hotel.

Hotel with incredible views, very good service and spacious rooms. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.A separate mention is the treatment we received from Deberly, who solved a problem with the reservation (which had also been my mistake) and gave us friendly and attentive treatment and finally managed to fix what had been my mistake. It was the perfect end to our honeymoon.

The room was very small and came with two bottles of mineral water. One bottle of water was a little missing. I looked carefully and found out that it had been opened. The most shocking thing was that the quilt cover was dirty and had not been washed. It looked disgusting. I was stunned after shopping. It was very late, so I couldn’t bother with the tour guide, and I didn’t understand the language, so I didn’t sleep all night. Cleaning needs to be improved.

I stayed on a Friday night. There were a lot of inbound customers now, but everyone was kind even in the elevator.I was able to check in without having to wait at the front desk and it was smooth. There were 4 people staying in the room, so it was filled with beds lolThe bathtub was also spacious and relaxing.
