There was nothing good at all, at 00.00 I was busy cleaning up the water heater wasn't working, the blanket was smelly and itchy, the mattress made a crunching sound, I don't recommend it, I'm sure I'm reviewing this HONESTLY!!!!!

Comfortable rooms, ok facilities. Only the water doesn't come out enough and the TV doesn't work. The bathroom is clean and the breakfast is pretty good.

Very bad service, guests are not treated like guests, on a rainy day when I got out of the car the hotel guard didn't give me an umbrella, service for guests while eating was also complicated, had to use a ticket, not polite, no ethics, no attitude of this hotel employee

The location is okay but the front is badly congested, there is no lift, not friendly for elderly feet, high stairs, room 405: AC only like a hot fan, windows can't be opened, price 750k 1 large bed 2 small beds, bathroom only used by 1 person, water is dead until morning I reported it at night, only saw it in the morning and then there was water again, room 304: the tap came off, there is no AC, only a fan at the same price, breakfast of fried rice + eggs,

The room is quite spacious, but the mattress is not as soft as the old mattress, the shower water is too slow and the hot water doesn't work, the parking lot is piled up so if we park last, be ready to be contacted frequently if someone wants to go out, breakfast is a struggle if you are late, you get leftovers, just rice and vermicelli

First time trying to stay here. The rooms are nice, neat and clean as is the bathroom. There is a fan, TV and bathroom complete with hot water. For breakfast, the menu is complete. Recommended! Thank you for the service and comfort.

Ampas Hotel, I checked in at Agoda and got a promo, but there were lots of people asking for marriage books, whatever, if you checked in directly at the 350 place there weren't many people, if you don't want to lose money, don't do Agoda for Ampas Hotel like this!!! Shut it down again, it's harming people, it's eating haram money!!!!

pretty good, the hotel service is also good, the price is 178k one night, order it on the Agoda application... it's just that in my room the mattress was a bit narrow for 2 people and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but apart from that everything was good, there was warm water too and free breakfast

This is my first time staying here to stay. I only stayed for 1 night. In my own experience, with a room price of around 150 (I bought it on Agoda) it was more than enough. Free breakfast is an important point for me.In my opinion, for those who like a low budget, this is a suitable hotel, but if you pay more, it's better to choose another one. What wins here is the location in the city center. Just walk and reach the landmark Bukittinggi.The water in the bathroom doesn't spray strong enough. So I wasn't satisfied with the shower.The place is clean neat and smells good.For those who like low budget. I recommend this. Overall, this hotel is good.
