No bottled water provided.Amenities are picked up from behind the front desk. The lighting in the room is bulb-colored, so it's not suitable for applying makeup in the room. I thought it would be nice to be able to choose daylight white. Was it because it was on the second floor next to the building? Thankfully, there was no sunlight in the morning, which was a good thing. It was nice to have two types of pillows.I liked the direction of the toilet bowl and the structure of the room. I would like to use it again

The double room is too small, the two suitcases cannot be opened, and the bed is also very small. It should be just a larger single bed. The pillows are one high and one low, making it difficult to sleep on and cannot be changed! Please leave your room key at the front desk when you go out. The only advantage is that the location is convenient, just opposite the Shinsaibashi Daimaru Department Store.

Middling hotel. Single physical key per room, audible neighbours and unsealed entrance doors. Small shower, small bed, cleanliness deficiencies, laundry service is dry cleaning at like five bucks a piece of clothing which is hilarious as a tourist solution. Elevator traffic can be elevated during conventions on the annex side (another annoyance, the split means you don’t even know where you’re checking in). Like most hotels in Japan they advertise breakfast but unlike its NA counterparts it’s not included.Location was ultimately the biggest upside we found, metro is a few steps out and so are the main shopping venues, but yeah the hotel isn’t up to date or that well kept.

Quite a big room. No water in the rooms, high threshold to the bathroom, metal room keys, window onto the facade of the neighboring building, restaurant staff in dirty shoes, coffee from a thermos for breakfast tasted terrible...

This is the definition of a 3 Star hotel. There are a few things you like and a few you do not. First the good: location. It’s very near the subway and it’s a subway station with escalators. It’s across from a Family Mart and about a 7 minute walk from Dontonbori. WIFI is ok, but go to Bic Cameral down the street and get a tourist sim; it will save your life. It also provides you with all the toiletries you need, bed is comfortable enough and lots of pillows (though at least 2 unusable) Now the bad: the room size isn’t an issue for me (I lived in less than 300 square feet in Hong Kong for 2 years), but the design of the room is terrible. The bathroom has a huge step to get in and out, the sink overlaps with the shower, the shower curtain is too short and there is no closet. It’s not that there is no closet, it’s that there could be! There is room for one. There is also unused space above the desk and the fridge broke. They had no laundry service even though it’s advertised. The TV has only Japanese channels (every time I stayed in Japan previously at 3 Star hotels they had at least 1) and there is only 8 total channels (we left it off for our stay more or less). They cleaned our room ok, but really nothing to write home about. The hotel is clean and staff are the definition of “fine”. I tried to ask fr a bandaid and they didn’t understand even when I said plaster, so I had to go down and show them! What he gave me actually says “bandaid” You usually don’t ask to change anything in Japan it is how it is and you have to deal with it so they do not go the extra mile for you. There are 2 buildings (across the road from one another) so I don’t know if the other one is better. I would not stay here again. I also would not recommend this hotel to anyone; there are just others out there you should try. Also pro tip and I’ll see at my next hotel if this is 100% true, book 2 singles and push them together for more space in all hotels in Japan, this has worked for me in the past; I should have tried it here.

It's close to Shinsaibashi Station, and you can leave your luggage before or after check-in, which is very convenient.There are many restaurants within a short walk from the inn, so you can easily walk around eating and drinking at night.Adult playgrounds are also within walking distance◎The response from the hotel staff was also good.

The location is convenient. You can take public transportation within two minutes of walking out of the door. There is also a 24-hour supermarket and supermarket next door. It is also very close to Shinsaibashi. The room is clean but a little small. If you stay with two people, they have big suitcases. There will be no space to put it. It is easier to make noise at night if there is a police station or fire brigade nearby. If you like quiet, this place is not suitable.

There are many tourists from overseas due to inbound demand, but it seems that it is also popular with overseas tourists because it supports foreign languages.Of course, they provide pleasant customer service to us domestic customers as well.The room feels like a normal business hotel and is comfortable to stay in. Baths and toilets also have clean water. You can take as many amenities as you want to your room at the front desk.I stayed for several nights, but I was satisfied that the hotel was kept clean even on the second day.Although the plan included breakfast, breakfast was buffet style at the restaurant next to the entrance.Anyway, it's close to Daimaru in Shinsaibashi, America Village is right behind it, and Namba and Dotonbori are just a short walk away.It's great that it's within walking distance to all of Minami.

First of all, the location is a thug. There is a Shinsaibashi shopping street across the street, Orange Street is a short distance away, and Shinsaibashi Station is close, so it was convenient for going to the airport or nearby areas. However, it was inconvenient to not be able to open the windows and adjust the air conditioner temperature when using the room facilities. Also, you have to keep your room key in the information box every time you leave, which has the advantage of not losing it, but it feels a bit inconvenient when you briefly leave the convenience store in front, or when you move late at night or early in the morning. Still, the price is cheap and the location is good, so I think I will visit again if I visit Osaka.

Conveniently located next to Americamura.That's why you can sometimes hear the voices of drunk people at night. But surprisingly, I didn't hear any noise from next door. I stayed in a single room and it was good enough size and cleanliness.

There is no problem with the room, but the clerk's expression is bad... But... there is an advantage that offsets all of this ㅜㅜThe water pressure is so good and the water in the bathtub drains super fast. I really like it.
