Great hotel in Shinjuku, with an excellent location—very modern and beautiful. The room was a decent size, and we had enough space even with large suitcases. Super clean, and there were always enough washing machines—500 yen for a full load, which was fair. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s no full breakfast, but in the morning, they offer mini doughnuts, coffee, and juice, and in the evening during happy hour, they provide free wine, juice, coffee, and small snacks for all guests. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend it for longer stays too!

Small rooms but this is normal in Tokyo, excellent location with a market near the hotel. Free breakfast until 10:00 with muffins, croissants, donuts, yogurt, milk, muesli, tea, orange juice and coffee machine. The donuts remain available until 10pm. We had a problem with an undelivered suitcase and they managed to get it back for us before we left on the plane.

Very comfortable and clean, the air conditioner is very cool, and the bed is very good to sleep on.There is a coffee machine and unlimited desserts on the first floor. There is also unlimited bread and drinks for breakfast, which is really filling.There is a coin-operated washer and dryer on the second floor which is very convenient.

The hotel is quite close to the center of Tokyo. There are also bus stops nearby, but the metro is a little further. There was one very nice receptionist at the hotel, but the others were a bit unpleasant 😐 but that doesn't spoil the overall rating. Thank you for the great care.

Best hotel I could recommend! Price, location, amenities, decor — you can’t beat it. Open bar 5pm-9pm every night. Beautiful chic modern decor. In the heart of kabukicho/shinjuku. Close walk to many bars and train station. Not too expensive. Friendly staff.

This is a very satisfactory hotel.First of all, it's simple, but breakfast is free.Simple bread and coffee are provided. There is also yogurt.And in the evening, they provide donuts and some alcohol.There is also a small can of cola so you can drink it.The front desk staff are friendly and the atmosphere on the first floor is nice.The room wasn't bad, I just wish it was a little biggerIt was disappointing, but other Tokyo hotels are said to be narrower.I had a nice stay^^Close to Isetan Department Store and Shinjuku Sanchome Station.It takes about 10 to 15 minutes at a brisk pace to Shinjuku Station.One downside is that there is a lot of ambulance noise at night.Since the area itself is a busy area, there are many accidents.It seems to be happening.

The hotel location should be very decent, providing shopping malls, metros and convenience stores.Rooms in this hotel considered narrow and crowded, but it acquired to provide all of the basic facilities and some manufactures.But then, I am not quite satisfied by their service and I hope that they could refine and enhance to their room cleaning part.I have put my valuable casual clothes with big bags along the side between pieces of luggage and rubbish bin. According to the policy of the hotel, the staffs who are responsible to clean the room should check if the items were rubbish or just idle items putting along. But then, the staff who were responsible to throw the rubbish away didn’t do a final check of the item and threw it away, which made us felt discontent to this. After we had award, I immediately informed the receptionist. They checked the CCTV and found it amid the rubbish bin. Their abruptness is unacceptable.We hope that their staffs can obey the policy of the hotel and be more attentive and careful to the cleaning part.

The room is quite small with the double bed with size of wide is 1m4. I think it is not to enough for 2 persons. The other things is very good. They have free coffee and drink from morning to night at 9hpm.Laundry all day with about 500¥Room also clean and good service for cleaning.The location is the center to go to golden gai or kabukicho, it is near many restaurants.

I was really impressed with the service and style of this hotel. Staff are very attentive and give you 2 x 500ml bottled water every morning which I thought was a really nice touch.There’s also (good) coffee and pastries provided in the mornings and the staff speak very good English. Great location too.Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel near everything! Super quiet for sleeping.Yes, the rooms are a bit small, but that's to be expected in Tokyo.Laundry is very convenient as well with 5 washing machines/dryers for use.And the breakfast is a nice touch to quickly grab a little bite before walking out the door. Also the free alcohol in the evening is great too!I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was good and near to a convenient store.An important note you should now in most of the hotels rooms in japan are small and we were 3 people so it was a little small for us because of the extra bed. The room was clean with private bathroom and daily clean towels. The staff was very nice and polite and give us all the needed information and they can speak English.And after check out we storage our luggages .Every morning they have a complementary of coffee and baked goods.A nice hotel I really recommend staying in it.
