Very good location. The center of Akihabara can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. A metro station can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.The rooms themselves are very spacious by Tokyo standards and huge for Akihabara.Bathroom is large and not the run-of-the-mill plastic molding that you know from budget hotels.Top hotel, although a bit expensive.

The room was large and nice, with plenty of room to open a suitcase. Every service staff at the counter is super friendly and enthusiastic!It is very close to the tourist area of Ueno. After shopping, you can easily take your bags back to the hotel. I am very satisfied with the living experience. I will stay here again next time I come!

As I was traveling with my family, this hotel has the biggest rooms we could find.My parents loved the hotel cuz there is everything you could find to live here: Stove, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, ect. The staff were also very friendly with us.The location was also good, it was 7minutes walk from here to akihabara station and 12 minutes to another station. So it made our travel’s quite easy.

Staff were super nice and helpful!! Helped us contact our next hotel in Kyoto so they could properly ship our large luggage there. Made the process very seamless.Almost all staff members we spoke to knew English and was patient with our broken Japanese.Rooms were a bit small but that’s is to be expected. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Has a coin laundry on the 2nd floor with detergent (smelled good) the dryer’s power is not the biggest took 2 try’s to completely dry my clothes.Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is reasonably priced. There are Chinese-speaking front desk staff and the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good. The bed is of moderate softness and hardness. The room is clean. The bathroom has enough hot water and pressure. It’s not too far away from Exit 1 of Naka-Okachimachi Station. It's only a few minutes away. There is a supermarket near the hotel that is open until 1 p.m. It's very convenient if you want to buy late night snacks after returning home late at night.

Hotel very well located in Tokyo. Close to Ueno station and several subway stations. They resolved a problem we had with a request for an extra bed in an efficient, respectful and appropriate manner. All the staff are lovely and the restaurant's views of Tokyo are very beautiful. If you are looking for a hotel I recommend it as well as the morning breakfast buffet.

Nice place to stay. Close to everything. Have all essential need for family need. It is close to several stations, ueno, okachimachi. We can get food close by and near to ueno zoo. Staff are helpful and friendly. English speakers and help us a lot

Judging from Japanese hotels, this room is relatively large overall. It has two single beds and two 29-size suitcases that can be opened. There are convenience stores and Takiya nearby, and it is also very close to Ameyoko Town, which can be reached within a 7-minute walk. Arrive, the hotel is just outside Exit 1 of the Higakubi Line! Very convenient ~ If you have luggage, you can go to Exit 5 opposite. There is an elevator. The toilet is very soundproof and you can't hear it even when you take a shower. The overall soundproofing of the room is also good. The room is also very clean and does not feel oppressive. The counter service staff are also friendly and can speak Chinese! recommend! I will stay here next time if I come to Japan.

This is the first time I have filled in a location. I will fill it in as a five-star place without hesitation.As soon as you leave the hotel, you can see the subway entrance, which leads directly to the three Toei railway lines and JR stations. There is no doubt that it is a perfect location.The service staff are friendly and fluent in foreign languages, and the supplies are complete. Nowadays, hotel supplies are becoming less and less available. You can find the daily necessities you need at the counter on the first floor.There are free sake and ramen tasting activities on the top floor every day. While tasting, you can also overlook the excellent scenery, which perfectly captures the Skytree and Tokyo night view.The six-day trip passed by in a flash, and this hotel was the perfect backing for me to have no worries during my adventure in Tokyo.
