The hotel had a view of Mt. Fuji from the room, and there were many restaurants nearby, as well as the Shinkansen station (Shin-Fuji), so it was easy to use. The room was clean and spacious for a business hotel. The best thing was that the bath and toilet were separate, so I was able to soak in the bathtub and take a spacious bath. It was great because I had a 3 year old with me. The free breakfast buffet was also nice. Take off your shoes at the entrance and change into slippers. When check-in and check-out overlap, the area near the entrance becomes crowded. Even though I arrived earlier than scheduled, they happily accommodated me and the front desk was very responsive.

Stayed here on a trip with my daughter. My daughter doesn't like public baths, so the bathroom in the room was separate from the toilet and was quite spacious, and it looked like it had a nice view, so I was looking for a place that would be as "refreshing" as possible, and this was Bingo.Personally, the Japanese pattern on the window sliding doors was the deciding factor. The receptionist in the lobby had a very good impression on me, and what I thought was great was that when I left the room, I left my key with me, but when I came back, they gave me the key without me having to tell them my room number. .Since I was there with my daughter, there may have been something that left a lasting impression on me, but I was still happy. What I thought was unusual for a business hotel is that you take off your shoes in the lobby and change into slippers inside the hotel.Amenities are available in the lobby, so it's an eco-style stay where you just bring what you need.Room wear was placed in front of the elevator on each floor. The impression of the room was really good. Deodorant spray installed.I couldn't change the direction of the air conditioner louvers. I don't know if it's designed like this, but maybe it was broken? The key point is that the bath and toilet are separate. The bath is separate, so washing and soaking are stress-free.The washroom is next to the indoor table. It would have been nice if there was a towel rack near the sink.Since the bath is one space rather than a unit bath, the foot wiping mat can be placed in the living room. People who are interested may be interested. The TV is mounted on the wall in front of the bed, so you can relax and watch TV while lying down. However, there is no outlet near the head of the bed, so you cannot set an alarm while charging your phone at the bedside. The room was on the north side, so when I opened the window, I could see Mt. Fuji clearly. It was a perfect view between the buildings.I guess it was a little disappointing that the paper on the shoji had been torn off. When I stayed there, it was a weekday, and I got the impression that there were a mix of business travelers and foreign tourists, about 7:3. During my stay, it was relatively quiet and I was able to sleep well. There are convenience stores and Seiyu within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. I don't have to worry about food. It's great to be able to walk to Sawayaka. There was plenty of parking space and it was easy to park. The lobby has the feel of a business hotel, but the rooms are clean and if you turn to the north side, you'll see Mt. Fuji when you wake up.It's a place I would like to use again.

In front of Fuji City Hall. It was a large room facing the road. Some people may be concerned about the sound of cars passing by.I was happy that the bath, toilet, and washroom were separate. When I opened the sliding door, I could see Mt. Fuji right in front of me! It was great to see Mt. Fuji both in the evening and in the morning. It's amazing! The breakfast was satisfying with bread, rice, and side dishes.

I stayed there just to sleep after returning from a trip. The room was clean. There was something like paper stuck in the blades of the air conditioner, preventing it from moving.I'm glad that the bath and toilet are separate. However, the shower head in the bath was probably broken, and the water was spraying out in all directions, and the water pressure made it impossible to fix it, so I had to hold it with my hands to take a shower.I was also surprised that it suddenly became hot and cold.I am writing a review for the first time because the woman who checked out at the last minute on my way home had a terrible attitude.

It was difficult to take off my shoes and change into disposable slippers at the front desk. The wheels of the carrying case were also wiped down with a rag, but I guess there's no point in wiping them down with a dirty rag. Apparently they made it a point to be able to walk around the hotel in socks, but I guess tourists and business people don't have to walk around that much because they're staying overnight. I personally thought so.

The male member of staff that checked us in was rude. Spoke over us when asking him questions (we speak Japanese) and when we politely requested a room with a view of Fuji, he acknowledged it and then gave us a room at the back of the hotel. Just very weird behaviour all round. In the morning at the breakfast buffet one of the female members of staff was also rude and spoke to us in a hostile way. No need for attitude at a hotel buffet - just felt really odd. There was a female member of staff working on reception who checked us out and she was very pleasant! We spoke in Japanese and then she also spoke with us in English which was really kind of her to do - so it seems not all staff are rude! Before booking this hotel I'd read other reviews that said similar things but I thought I'd give it a chance. I probably should have just listened to the reviews haha.
