Used on anniversaries. The sauna was good.just,・There was no reply to the email I sent in advance (why?)・The response to calls I made to check if my email had been received was very sloppy.・Put out the message plate to someone other than the person being celebrated.・I can't use my Amex card even though it wasn't listed on the website (I was told that I couldn't make a transfer, and I told them I'd go to withdraw cash, but they didn't tell me where I could withdraw cash nearby. This was my preparation) Although there are some shortages...)I had a series of small regrets even before my visit, and I feel that it might not have been the right accommodation for me to spend nearly 50,000 yen per person on my big day. I would like to visit again if it is for daily use.

Stayed in deluxeYou can use the sauna in your room only once per set. It's a private sauna, so you can do whatever you want. There is a lying down sauna, a leg-up sauna, and a self-help sauna (I wish they would put a fan in the amenities...).You can do whatever you want. However, it may have been intentional, but it was inconvenient that there was no 12-minute meter. Since it's my room, I can put my smartphone where I can see it!When you press the button in the cold bath on the balcony, Mt. Fuji's underground water comes out. Great design that can be worn over the head.A well-tied chair will not lie flat. I think the concept is to take a break while looking at Mt. Fuji, but I think it would be nice to have a chair that you can adjust yourself...The temperature in the sauna in the public bath is 108 degrees, and the aroma of tea is so delicious. The water in the cold bath is colder than the water on the room's balcony and it feels like it's about 15 degrees Celsius. You can watch the starry sky from the infinity chair while bathing in the outdoor air. No complaints! However, please be aware that the sauna can only be used from 3pm to 11pm.Dinner was also delicious. I'll leave the review of the rice itself to someone else, but it's worth mentioning that the Yamanashi wine pairing was very spirited.4000 yen is too cheap! can't believe it!If you like wine, please try pairing! !All the staff were kind and it was a great hotel overall. I want you to do your best!

Stayed here for two nights in January 2020. The room was great but the local guy in reception was the most unwelcoming person I've come across in all my visits to Japan.

👇Here is the room we stayed in this time👇✅2nd floor Yamanakako side + roof sauna included [Casual]A very spacious room of 40 square meters with a relaxing view of the calm Lake Yamanaka! 🦢🖼️The selling point of Shizuku-san is that all rooms are equipped with a full-fledged "private sauna"! ! 💪🔥A stylish private sauna with a glass front and a Tylo stove! !You can enjoy Self Rollie whenever you want, as much as you want! 🧖💦Even though it's called a private sauna, it's incredibly strong, reaching temperatures of up to 100 degrees Celsius! !And it's great because you can use the "Mt. Fuji spring water (12-15 degrees)" pumped from underground 🤫🌈There are plenty of amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, and they all smell good👃💐The bath where you can relax while looking at the view of Lake Yamanaka was also really nice 🛀 (The size of the bath was just right!)There is no TV in the room, so you can forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life and concentrate on work, workdays, reading, cafe time, etc.📚☕️✔︎Best sauna and hot spring🧖✔︎Mt. Fuji spring water bath🛀✔︎View of Lake Yamanaka with beautiful water surface sparkling at dusk and sunrise🌅✔︎The young husband and wife who are full of hospitality and everyone who joins us🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Speaking of the Yamanakako inn closest to Mt. Fuji, everyone should definitely visit "Shizuku"! 🥺✨Next time I go, I would like to stay in a room with the best view of Mt. Fuji in Japan 😌🗻

Fantastic hotel! Their Finnish/Nordic-inspired hotel was incredible and our stay there was impeccable. The room was luxurious, and the sauna, also in the room, made it that more special. The personnel were very polite and helpful. The Nordic breakfast was on point. If you want to experience something out of the ordinary on your visit to the Mt. Fuji area I suggest you make your accommodation at this hotel.

I suddenly decided to stay in Yamanashi, and when I was looking for a place to stay, I found this place that I had seen on Instagram before and decided to make a reservation. The result was a great success.First of all, when I entered the building, I was greeted with a smile by the refreshing staff inside the stylish building. Upon check-in, you will receive a welcome drink and sweets and head to your room with a happy feeling. When I entered, I was greeted by a stylish and atmospheric space. The cleaning is thorough and gives a feeling of cleanliness. And of course, sauna! This was my first time in a private sauna, but it was nice to be able to use it together as a couple while talking. Not only that, but it was also great to soak in a cold bath using water from Mt. Fuji.I went back and forth to the sauna to my heart's content under the chill background music and light up lights, and had a very satisfying 1 night and 2 days. I would like to stay there again!
