The baths are lukewarm and the food is small. The restaurant staff was wearing perfume or something and I was concerned about the smell. The overall impression is unfriendly and dark.It was nice to have a massage chair in the room.

Stayed in modern Japanese room 1001 with an open-air bath. The corridor from the main building to the VILLA building is filled with cheap, strong air fresheners in the toilets? There was a musty smell, but when I entered the room, the musty smell was even stronger.I wanted to open the window to ventilate the room, but since there was no screen door, I didn't want insects to come in, so I left it open. I couldn't do anything and was really disappointed.I couldn't stand the smell, so I ate breakfast and checked out around 8am.I stay in Izu almost every month, but this was my first time in a hotel that smelled so bad.Do other guests not notice this musty smell? Don't you care? It really makes me wonder. The food is average and worth the price.Since the hot water was very good, the only thing I was disappointed with was the strong musty smell.

Stayed in a Japanese-style room in the villa building. It's separated, so it might be difficult for people with big luggage or people with disabilities. The room has futons laid out in advance, so it feels a little small, but it's not a problem. The toilet and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The free drink for dinner was Shizuoka Beer, which was delicious. It may feel a bit hectic since it's only for one hour. I liked that it was a weekday so I was able to relax even after the last order. There are two large public baths, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. There was a sauna and cold bath on the first floor, which was nice, but I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use it the next day.Overall, the response from the staff was very good.I also had a lot of fun feeding the carp.

I stayed here for one night over the weekend.Overall, the food, atmosphere, staff response, room, etc. were very good. There are two disappointing points.① I was looking forward to an all-inclusive hotel, but since the lounge was located away from the front desk, it was not regularly cleaned, and there were pieces of popcorn and traces of spilled drinks. They had wine and liqueurs, but they didn't have the draft beer I was looking forward to, so I bought some from a vending machine. When I contacted them in advance, I was told that there was one. It was disappointing as I had high expectations.②The pillows on the Western-style bed were too fluffy, so I had to layer them with bath towels. I would appreciate it if you would reconsider the pillow. The dishes seem to change with the seasons, so I'm looking forward to the next time.

I was looking for one near Cactus Park and found this place. You can use the lounge where you can make not only juice but also alcohol as much as you like, and you can play table tennis and karaoke, which was more fun than the price. Since it is in nature, there are insects, but it is charming. The staff was very responsive. There were carp in the pond and the staff gave us food, so it was fun to feed them. I would definitely like to stay there again when I'm in the area again.

Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights and 3 days in a Japanese-style room with an open-air bath♪Overall it was good! What was unfortunate...① The room is not cleaned properly. There was some dust.I was really worried because I was with my baby.②The drain in the bathroom is not cleaned properly and gets clogged easily.③The kids space has no air conditioner and is hot.④The restaurant and public bath are far from the room. It's a lot of walking and there are stairs.Other than that, the drinks and food in the lounge were delicious, and the staff were nice! !
