I stayed here in August for the view. The sea view from the room was really nice, but the windows were glass so the sunlight was strong and the room was really hot. The inn itself is generally clean, but the air conditioner in the guest room is an old type where you can't set the temperature, so it's so hot that you can't go near the window during the summer sun...I called the front desk, but they said they couldn't change the temperature and asked me to use a fan.The air conditioner finally starts working at midnight, so I can't stop sweating until then. The elevators and hallways are also not equipped with air conditioners to save energy, so it's also hot (the only place that felt cool was the lobby).I think the view is the selling point, so I would really like to replace the air conditioner with a new one and be able to set the temperature in the guest room...Also, the Wi-Fi was quite unstable and it took several hours to connect. The food is very delicious and the sea is really beautiful, but it was so hot that I couldn't really enjoy it, so I hope things get better...I would like to get revenge in winter.

This is my first inn. I had booked a room on a lower floor, but I was given a room on the 6th floor, thank you very much. First, I called in advance to check in at 3pm. Park your car next to the entrance of the inn, hand over your keys to the person in charge, and then move to the parking lot on the shore in front of you. There is a system in place where a person in charge will take your luggage to your room and provide you with an explanation of the facility. As for the interior, it felt like it was old and I was a little disappointed. First of all, the window knobs are rattling, and the air conditioner cannot be set at a temperature, which is quite uncomfortable. Because the scenery is nice, the sun is harsh and it takes a while for the air conditioner to work. In the room bath, the shower flow was a little slow, and the toilet was clean, but the facilities are old and I hope they will improve them. The large public bath had a good shower and facilities. Now, dinner was served in the room, so it wasn't very warm. The taste was good. The breakfast was delicious and varied, including dried horse mackerel. Coffee is served after meals, but if it's summer, wouldn't it be nice to have iced coffee? Why is it hot? Finally, the view from the room was amazing. I wrote a lot of things, but thank you to everyone at the inn ♪

I'm not very good at writing, but I'm posting this in hopes that it will be helpful for those who read it when choosing a place to stay.I stayed here with my children for the purpose of swimming at the beach, and as soon as I pulled up to the rotary in front of the hotel, the innkeepers came and took care of me.They also seemed to be able to park my car if I asked, and I got the impression that most of the staff were foreigners, so there were some small nuances. Although I can't tell, there is no particular problem. There are two elevators, so there is almost no waiting time.I stayed in a corner room on the top floor. The entrance is wide and there is no problem opening and closing the door even if I put two carry-bags there. It is a 10 tatami Japanese-style room. It feels spacious with a wide veranda. The air conditioner is a central air conditioner and you can't change the temperature individually, but it wasn't particularly hot or cold.If it was hot, there was a fan, so it wasn't a problem. The bathtub and toilet are separate, and the bathroom is old so I don't like it. There is a tension rod in the bathroom (because the laundry rope was broken), a laundry rope and clothespins on the balcony, convenient for hanging swimsuits, the refrigerator has two doors and a freezer, and they give you a beach ticket when you check in. , you can borrow one parasol or float for free, there is a hot spring and underground shower at the hotel entrance, towels, and a float to dry, which is very convenient. Meals are served in your room for breakfast and dinner, and the portions for adults were delicious. The amount for lower elementary school students was a little large and I couldn't finish it.The public bath is open all night, so when I went in a little late, it was reserved for private use.The hot water wasn't too hot and I think it would be suitable for children.I went to the private bath (Hana). I went in and it was very clean, probably because it had been renovated. The only thing that bothered me was that the air conditioning in the hallway was turned off to save electricity, so it was hot, and I was sweating walking back from the bathroom to my room, so it was -1.Other than that, I think it's a very nice hotel.

I watched the Atagawa Maritime Fireworks Festival (July 27, 2024) from my hotel room. Seeing large fireworks explode right in front of your eyes is a sight to behold. Despite heatstroke warnings being issued across the country, it was still hot and humid even after the sun went down, so it was nice to be able to enjoy the view from an air-conditioned room. The launch location is the pier right in front of the beach. It launches right in front of me, opens right in front of me, and the sound is close. There were a lot of stalls, there were a lot of people, and the stalls were lined up, and the beer was great, and I got it while it was still bright out. I thought it was a little late to start the launch at 8:30 p.m., but if we were too early, we'd run into the dinner time of the inns and guesthouses facing the beach, which probably wouldn't be a good idea. I think the reason why there are so many events such as game tournaments and taiko drum performances in the first half is to allow for some time.

Only 10mins walk to the Atagawa station, also shuttle bus can take customers to the station everyday. It’s easy to go to the Shimoda and Ito station to visit the Ajisai park and Omuroyama Mountain. The Golden eye snapper in breakfast and dinner is supper good! Some receptionists can speak Mandarin. Staffs are very kind. Nice trip in Atagawa!

At the time of check-in, a male Chinese staff member (Mr. Liu) did not take over and took care of other customers while I was checking in. When I warned them, they ignored me.When I asked a Japanese male staff member to carry my luggage, he forced me to ride the elevator with him. With 4 adults and 1 baby in the room, I told the staff, ``I can't get in for a while, so please take the next elevator.'' The staff member forced me to enter the elevator and said, "No, I'm coming in," and my luggage hit the elevator. We had made a reservation for dinner for 6:30 pm, but when setting out the plates, the elderly female staff member seemed not to be in a good mood, and her voice was quite loud, and she placed the plates on the table as if to "throw them away."Futons can be used for the number of people who booked, but if you wanted to use more than the number of people you booked, there was an additional charge. There was an additional charge for a two-year-old child even if he did not use a futon. The customer service of the staff at the hotel is really good. In the service industry, this kind of customer service is like a joke.I will never come again.
