It is a place that loudly screams "place for the rich", with all the aesthetics of the most classic and rancid Western wealth. They have a fairly expensive Western food restaurant, with French-style menus. The rooms were good, the furniture and electrical installation were somewhat dated but we had good Wi-Fi and the beds were comfortable. It is prohibited to have tattoos in the onsen and they discriminated against a friend of mine for it, encouraging only those of us who were not tattooed to go. That is why we refuse to go and it is shameful that this prohibition does not appear anywhere on the internet. We went specifically to that hotel for the onsen and we were left with an inch of our noses because of that prohibition.

My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Prince Hotel, and we owe much of it to Konno and Yoshida, who truly made our experience memorable. From the moment we arrived, their attentiveness and care won us over to this 5-star review and ensured we will be booking again. We don't speak Japanese, but they accommodated all our requests with ease, including helping with transportation and some rather unique dietary restrictions. They even had the chef assist us in selecting items from the high-class buffet, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel itself is a calm and serene spot, perfect for a quiet getaway. The grounds are immaculately groomed, and the nature walk nearby was a lovely touch. And I can't say enough about the onsen—super clean, incredibly relaxing, and the ideal way to unwind.Thank you again to Konno and Yoshida for making our stay so special. We look forward to returning soon!

The taxi took us to the wrong hotel. When we arrived at the Prince Hotel, the counter staff carefully explained to us how to get to the correct hotel and took us to the bus station for free. Thank you very much for their help.
