There is one tennis court, which I enjoyed. |In the evening, we were served free homemade pizza in the courtyard, and we had a relaxing time while cooling off in the autumn evening breeze. …

Some of the buildings and equipment seemed old, but there were plenty of toys and picture books, and there was also a kids' space, so it was great that the kids didn't get bored. …

I think it's good for people who don't care about where they sleep and want to enjoy delicious food. The building is old and hasn't been updated much. The paint at the entrance to the room was peeling and there was a slight musty smell in the room. It's fine once you get used to it.As per other reviews, each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. It was a Japanese kaiseki course meal. During happy hour, draft beer was 500 yen from 18:00 to 18:30.When you go out from the lobby to the outdoor terrace, you can see Mt. Fuji. You can watch the bonfire from around 16:00 to 18:00. Canned beer is sold at the front desk, so we enjoyed beer and Mt. Fuji while watching the bonfire.

I made a reservation for this hotel online two weeks ago, but on the day there was a system error and I was told that the reservation was unavailable. I eventually solved it, but it felt very unreliable. A male staff member named T who was answering the phone at the front desk was imitating the Japanese pronunciation and tone of foreigners, which was very unpleasant. I can't imagine doing such a stupid thing even though I'm an adult. The rooms are old, you can hear the noise from the drains at night, and the quality of the food has declined. If you are a foreigner staying at this hotel, we recommend that you call ahead to confirm directly to avoid the awkward situation of not having a hotel available on the day.---I booked this hotel online two weeks ago, but when I arrived, I was told that there was a system error and my reservation hadn't been made. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I found it very unreliable. A male staff member named T, who was handling the phone at the front desk, mimicked the pronunciation and tone of a foreigner's Japanese, which I found extremely unpleasant. It's hard to believe an adult would do something so childish. The room is old, and at night, I could hear noises from the drainage pipes. Additionally, the quality of the meals has declined. I recommend that foreign guests call the hotel directly in advance to confirm their reservation to avoid the inconvenience of not having a room when they arrive.
