I want to go to Shizuoka and Ito again, at least for Yokikan. Dinner and breakfast were also very delicious. The only drawback is that there is little meat.

I stayed 2 nights at the Yokikan Hotel as a solo traveler. It was my first time at a true Ryokan and it was a fantastic experience. I only speak very little Japanese but the staff were very accommodating. The front desk staff can communicate in English. The room attendants were all very friendly, and I was able to chat a bit with them using my baby Japanese. The food was fantastic and plentiful. The room was a traditional Japanese style room, was a good size, and the bath drew from the hot spring water. The real highlight is the open air onsen that you can access from the hotel by taking a cable car to the mountain. Felt like years worth of stress washed away after my bath! Highly recommend!

Although it was old, it was well kept. It's also fun to ride the retro cable car that connects the open-air bath on the hill and the annex. Employees also received high marks for their courteous reception. Everything served in the room was delicious!

This is a unique hotel experience. We have visited several Ryokans (traditional Japanese inns), and this one is particularly traditional. The antique funicular that takes you up to the higher floors and to the onsen. …

I stayed here on a family trip. It is said to be the oldest inn in Ito.I took a bath in the open-air bath while looking at the view, and the temperature of the hot spring was just right, making my body feel very warm✨All the staff were very pleasant, kind and kind.I was using a futon, but since I had a mat placed under the futon, my back didn't hurt and I was able to sleep comfortably!Thank you very much for your kindness.I will stay again! !*This photo is of breakfast. The rice and water were very tasty. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The service was excellent! This hotel is the oldest hotel in Ito. It seems like that it was established 120 years ago. So, this hotel is a traditional Japanese hotel (ryokan) where guests can experience a uniquely Japanese atmosphere.※ This is a photo of "breakfast". It was healthy and delicious!

I came here on my bike as a birthday present to myself. The hostess made sure to hide the bike so it wouldn't be tampered with.It was a hot day again, so I had a slight heatstroke, and when I mentioned that I might not be able to finish dinner, he was considerate and said that he would clean up tomorrow morning and that it would be okay to take it easy.I regret staying there because I wasn't feeling well, but everyone was so kind and considerate, which made me very happy. thank you very much.

It can be reached by taxi from Ito Station for about 640 yen. The evening kaiseki was very tasty and plentiful. I ate it slowly by myself, so it took about 50 minutes to finish it. …
