Stayed in a universal room.Unfortunately, the view is not good. You can see only the parking lot and the driveway from the window. The facilities are good, and it was nice to have a hot spring indoor bath, but the handle at the entrance to the washroom and the chair on the dresser are not close enough to the bed, so you can't use them. can be.As for the service, the staff was young and pleasant. However, I ordered sparkling wine for dinner, but while I was pouring it, I ran out of it.I think there is a cost to the hotel, but in a situation like this, I would like them to either bring what they poured, or bring two bottles in advance. I have doubts about waiting while watching it disappear.

Stayed here as a base for my trip to Hakone. The person in charge at the front desk was very courteous, and when I reported a problem with the room, it was immediately addressed. There are two large public baths, and the men's and women's baths change daily. The hot spring bath was also very pleasant and relaxing. This is a hotel that I would like to use again when I come to Hakone.

Used for one night and two days. I went there because I received a complimentary ticket from a relative since it's a membership system. Going to a hot spring for the first time in a while! However, there were some Chinese people here, so it was noisy in some parts (my wife said the women's bath and buffet). Other than that, it was quiet and the hotel employees were kind and nice.
