It is within walking distance from Atami Station and the coast is right in front of you. You can see the sea from the hotelIn the summer, you can go straight to the sea.Station stores and back shopping streets are within walking distance.Even if you don't have a car, the bus stop is right in front of you.I can go sightseeing. The hot spring was good, but I think it was a bit small.Personally, I thought it would be better if it felt more like having a hot spring at a hotel than coming to a hot spring. The morning buffet was staffed by several employees from overseas, but it was pleasant and the food was good.

I was very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I will write more details below.I stayed with a friend the other day. The plan included accommodation, breakfast, a round trip ticket to Hatsushima, and two tickets to enter the facilities inside.Location: It takes more than 10 minutes to get there from the station through a slope, which can be very tiring. However, it can't be helped because it's near the sea and all rooms have ocean views.Room: Overall it was clean. The rotating chair was interesting. Ocean view was good.Bath: It was beautiful. The thermometer in the sauna read 100℃, but I think it's lower than 90℃. It's not hot at all. It's embarrassing because the open-air bath is completely visible from the outside. If you have good eyesight, you can almost see the body from the shore. Also, there is a chair, but if you sit there, you can see it completely from the guest room. I don't feel safe and have no privacy.Breakfast: Overall good. The plates are dirty so I would like them to be washed properly. I enjoyed making my own seafood bowl.Hatsushima tickets: They were given to me at check-in without any explanation. I wanted to play Sarutobi, so I made a reservation in advance, but I was still worried about how to use the ticket, so I asked the short young woman at the front desk, and she said, ``Round-trip tickets can be given at the time of boarding and disembarking, and can be used at the facility.'' ``Two tickets can be used at two facilities.'' So I asked, ``Can I enter other facilities in addition to Sarutobi?'' She said, ``Yes,'' and she looked like she was feeling tired and wanted to go somewhere quickly. I did. As it turned out, this was a lie, and in order to enter Sarutobi, I had to give tickets for two facilities, and since I used one ticket when I entered a place called Asian Garden, I ended up paying the Sarutobi fee. I thought there had been a mistake, so I called the hotel to ask, but they said, ``When you make a reservation on the official website, it says that you need two tickets to enter Sarutobi.'' I couldn't confirm it after making the reservation, so I got it on paper after checking in. I have been explaining information that is not even true as if it were an excuse. As a result, the hotel seemed to be unable to do anything and apologized forcefully, so I paid the ticket price in tears. I think what they are doing is close to fraud. As others have said, the woman at the front desk seems incapable of doing her job, so I would like something to be done about it.Also, I would like to know the location of the boarding area.It was a very disappointing experience as it is a beautiful hotel.

I had a relaxing time in a room with the best view. This room has the best view of Atami Castle and Hatsushima, as if time has stopped.All-you-can-drink coffee and tea available in front of the front desk will help you relieve the fatigue of your trip. The view from the open-air bath is amazing, and it's a bath you'll want to stay in forever.Above all, the private bath is the best. The changing room is spacious and clean, and there is also a shower room.Above all, the view from the hot spring bath is the best.It will be a good memoryCouple: This is a bath that couples should definitely try.I definitely want to repeat it again

Stayed here for hot spring daughter. The guest room was a nice room with nothing to complain about. You can see the glittering downtown area of Atami and the obscenely lit Atami Castle. I think you should avoid using it by car. I couldn't find a parking lot, so I parked on the main road where the traffic was heavy and everyone was speeding, and headed to the lobby. There was only one staff member and there was a long line. When it was finally my turn to park, I asked where to park and was told that they were renting the parking lot of the hotel next door. Once you leave your car, you have to go out the emergency stairs to the alley and walk back. After checking in, I was planning to go out to dinner by car, but it was raining and getting in and out of the car was a hassle, so I changed my plans and decided to eat at a restaurant within walking distance. The large public bath had an open-air bath with a view of the ocean and a louryu sauna. Although it's called a spa and resort, it doesn't feel very appealing.

The room is nice and the breakfast is delicious. The disadvantage is that the parking lot is cooperated with the hotel next door. After parking, you cannot take the elevator and have to take the stairs.
