2024.10.10 I went to Atami for my dog's birthday trip 🐶🐶I was looking for a place by the sea that had room meals, an open-air bath (or a private bath), and wasn't a pet-friendly inn (my dog has a chronic illness, so I didn't want her to get too excited, so I was looking for a place where there weren't many people with dogs). As a result of the search, I decided on “Ajiro Kanko Hotel”😊*What's more!! There is no charge for pets ♥️ If you have multiple pets, the total weight of the two pets up to 7 kg is OK. There are no certificates to show, and there are no supplies for your dog in the room.*There is a place to wash and wipe your pet's feet outside the inn!You have to pay about 700 yen for parking, but it's next to the hotel so it's close!!The inn is not very new, but the tatami mats leading up to the rooms and the tatami mats in the rooms are very clean. The inside of the room is also cleaned. (There is no plastic in the trash can 🗑️, so we just throw away the garbage, so I feel sorry for the person cleaning it...)The open-air bath is private and reservations are required! What's more, I was very happy to learn on the day that I could bring my dog inside the changing room with me👍The meals in our room were brought to us all at once by the staff, and we were very satisfied with the seafood we had for dinner and breakfast!!The employees are friendly and don't have long conversations, making it a perfect fit for our family! lolMs. Nakai, a young foreigner (Nepal🇳🇵 female), spoke very good Japanese and had a wonderful smile!! Seeing her working hard in a strange land after leaving her home country, I felt like I had to work hard too. I left the inn feeling like this 😊 Thank you very much for your help!!

I think this is one of the best inns where you can stay with your dog. It's an open-air room, so you can look out at the ocean.Add as much as you like♨️☺️The food is also super delicious 😋The only thing is if you can tolerate the thinness of the futon...😅You can deal with this by bringing an air mat 😁If I have a chance, this is an inn I would like to visit again 😆

The food was plentiful and delicious 👌 In addition, the inn was really cat-friendly, and it was the first time since I had a cat that I was able to go on a family trip with everyone (including the cat) ❣️I will come again ❣️Thank you very much💓

Top season rate: 55,760 yen for 2 people, 1 night and 2 meals. Parking lot 770 yen. Bath tax: 300 yen. A shocking accommodation that is not worth the price. The room is on the right after climbing the steep stairs. A missing room that is not even listed on the website? The windows are covered with latticework from the outside, and the only view of the ocean is a small window with a wide edge. In the sink, there was a cheap toothbrush with a bent handle that looked like it would break while in use. This is another cheap looking plastic cup. There's just very hard paper. No hair dryer. A room bath with a horror feel. Even though no one takes a bath in the room...it is not maintained at all. Broken lighting fixtures with exposed fluorescent lights. Fluorescent lights remain off. Walls and floors full of mold. The humidity is so high that my glasses fog up and it smells musty. Better yet, lock the door. I opened the naughty door. The adjacent toilet is very small and smells musty. The shared toilet in the hallway is spacious, but the windows are left open and there are no screens, so it's hot! Wi-Fi is too weak to use in the room. I told the receptionist, but she said, "It works on my smartphone."The worst part was that the air conditioner in the room wasn't working...I arrived at 2pm. Even after 2 hours with the air conditioner set to 16 degrees with strong winds, it still doesn't feel cool. Air blowing condition. The dog huffs. When I went to the reception desk, they said it was just installed two weeks ago, so they brought me a fan. All the employees are quite elderly and I ask them, ``Is it hot?''... Old people don't like the heat...so I call an electrician and have them replace the gas. While work is being done, you will be asked to wait in the banquet hall. I brought some water if you'd like. No tea, just water...a room with no TV or anything. Dinner is being served in the hall next door. I can hear all the chatter. I wonder if he's wearing a mask? The food was quite ordinary. For dessert, I just topped yogurt with something like marmalade from the shop. He also said he would bring the dessert and lay out the futon... Meanwhile, the dessert was left on the floor... without the plastic wrap, of course. Breakfast was all cold and small. A damp rice cracker futon. Thinner than a cushion. There wasn't even a plastic bag attached to the trash can in the room. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap are provided in the public bath. There are 2 hair dryers in the changing room. Just sterilized and used combs, cotton swabs, and shower caps in a basket. Not even disposable brushes. Are your employees okay with their knees and hips? There are a lot of older women who look like neighborhood housewives. The rest are foreign employees. I could clearly hear an older male employee yelling at another older male employee at the reception desk. I feel sick. Wow, I was surprised to find such an inn. I'll never go there again. Call the manager! I wanted to say that. I can't believe the reviews!
