I stayed in a villa. The front desk, public bath building, and restaurant building will be open to the public without a roof. Unfortunately it was raining, so it was inconvenient.I went with my elderly parents, and when we left the entrance to our room, there were 3 to 4 steps, but there were high steps made of rocks, so it was dangerous to go up and down.

Day trip hot springs are available. A 1-minute walk from the bus stop for Odawara and Hakone Yumoto. You can enjoy different types of hot springs in the indoor bath and the open-air bath.

Spent only two nights here. 5 stars especially for the food and the onsen baths—both the.communal and the in-room. Great amenities. Ate two breakfasts and two dinners full of meat and we cooked at table, scores of small expertly prepared small dishes, and various grilled meats and fish. Beautiful residential neighborhood. The room was smallish, but not as small as our room in Tokyo. Short walk to bus stop and access to cable cars, museums, Fuji views, and waterfront. Loved going to the communal bath, and then having dinner in the traditional style robe and over jacket they provide. I did was not commando, but just because I don’t know what’s customary.

I stayed in a Japanese-style room with a separate living room. The room is designed to be easy to use, but the sliding door to the bathroom in the room is poorly placed and won't open even if you pull it normally. If I could lift it a little...I did some trial and error. When I went to the public bath around 6 a.m., there was a sign saying it was being cleaned even though it was supposed to start at 5 a.m. The person in front of me with a child seemed to have been waiting for about 15 minutes, so when I opened the door and looked in, no one was there. When I called the front desk, it seemed like they had forgotten to turn the bill over.

I used it when I went to Hakone on my honeymoon. The room is very spacious, and you can enjoy the open-air bath as much as you want!I am very satisfied with the amount of food I eat.A female staff member said, ``If you don't mind, could I take a photo of you two?'' ' I was so happy that we were able to take a commemorative photo! When I returned to my room, I read the QR code and checked the information for guests on my smartphone. The room was eligible for mirroring, but I didn't know how to connect it, so I called the front desk and the manager came right away....However, due to an error on the homepage, a room number that is not the target room is listed. It's a shame because it was a big TV.Also, there are no miniature light bulbs in the lighting in the room, so it's pitch black when you go to sleep. When I went to the toilet at night, it was a little scary because there was only a footlight that was unreliable.I think it would be difficult to deal with miniature light bulbs, so as mentioned in other reviews, I think it would be useful to have a simple electric light next to your bed, so please consider preparing one.
