The dinner& breakfast were absolutely amazing -one of the top 3 ,which I ever experienced traveling in Japan. Also private bath tub on balcony with free water flowing from natural hot spring , overlooking from the elevation point East side of Pacific Ocean ,and surrounded by greenery - it is truly impressive and very calming at the same time. However this hotel does not care or bother about plastic pollution -using single use plastic straws ,pet bottles for small complimentary water-while other hotels in the sane price range could easily offer more eco friendly solutions. Also rooms and decor of hotel do not reflect 5 stars - even so it is well kept and tidy, but has strangely outdated taste. And worst of all that room toilet has extremely bright automatic light ,which can not be switched off during night, even so we asked to switch it off. It is very disturbing.

It is definitely one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed.1. The staff members were very friendly and professional. Some staff could speak good English.2. The views were amazing! On the balcony you could enjoy the stunning views of Sagami Bay and the birdsongs.3. The service was undoubtedly excellent!4. It’s not near the station, but the shuttle bus can take you to the hotel from the station.5. There is a study in which you can read and/ or listen to songs with a turntable.6. The food was scrumptious! It was really a very pleasant stay!!!

The reviews said that it was difficult to find the place, but once we got to a certain point, there were signs for the inn and we were able to arrive without getting lost.My family of four stayed in a special room, and with the early bird discount, we were able to stay at a relatively reasonable price. The room was just right, not too small and not too big.The view from the room was spectacular, and the beer I drank on the balcony or in the open-air bath was amazing!Although the room was fully booked that day, I didn't feel the presence of other guests and was able to spend a very quiet time.As for the food, since everyone in my family eats little, we stuck to the standard menu, but I still felt it was quite a portion.Of course, it was delicious until the end.The staff at the inn were very attentive and wonderful. I think this is an inn that I can recommend to anyone.I also wanted to stay at Atagawa Tamsui, who is in the same group.

I think this is a very high quality hotel with excellent service. However, since we are paying nearly 60,000 yen per night, we cannot help but give a harsh review. I will write down the reason properly. If this were a hotel in the 20,000 yen range, it would be a 5.👌 Places I thought were good① The outward service is thorough. If it starts raining, he comes to my car with an umbrella.②The water in the bath is well-controlled, and the temperature is maintained appropriately in the morning and evening.③ Be courteous during check-in, entrance guidance, meal escort, coffee service, and check-out.😡Where points were deducted① Even if your feet are clean, when people look up, there are many spider webs in the bathroom and terrace.② Even though I had made a reservation for a “special room,” the dining area was in a room at the end of the hallway, far from the window.③ The bowl of ``chef's pride'' had a strong salty taste from the seaweed, the clam flavor was overpowered by the salt, and the soup stock was not very good.④ The timing of lowering the table is always too early, and even though there is one row of sashimi left, they are lowering it without checking.⑤ ``Tokoro Ten Yogurt,'' a controversial item, was served at the very end of the meal, and I wondered, ``Is it made by the same person who made the dinner?''⑥There is only a room bath, but no matter where you look, there is no indication of hot spring ingredients or efficacy. (Although I haven't actually seen it...)⑦On my way home, I made eye contact with an employee in plain clothes, but I turned away and quickly left.(It's human beings to wonder what the smile was all about!)I wrote down my complaint because I want you to dare to aim higher.

It has a great view, is quiet and relaxing. The steak for dinner was also tender and I finished it completely. The location of the hotel is difficult to find, so if you are going by car, we recommend using Google Maps. We also recommend our sister museums.

We were given matcha and Japanese sweets as a welcome drink.I was very satisfied with the room. The only disappointment was that the view was not good due to the bad weather. If it's sunny, the view is very nice.

I'm the type of person who likes to stay in my room when I'm traveling, so [my room must be well-cleaned] [I can take an open-air bath with natural hot spring water as many times as I like] [The temperature of the hot spring is just right] [There are plenty of complimentary drinks available] I was happy with what I was doing. It can't be helped because it's in nature, but bugs gathered in the open-air bath at night, so I contacted the front desk and they came right away and took care of it. It was reassuring to hear someone say, ``Please call me when you get back to work.''I had more than enough food. Everything was delicious, especially the braised golden sea bream.I was also pleased with the reassuring way the staff spoke to me, their attentiveness, and a good sense of distance. It was really comfortable and very relaxing.I stayed here to commemorate my birthday, and it was a fulfilling trip.I'll visit you again (^^)

I stayed for one night and two days. The view of the sea was amazing, not too close, not too far, and I stayed on the terrace with a beer in hand. The weather was nice on the day I visited, so I could see Oshima, Toshima, Niijima, Shikinejima, Kozushima, and even Miyakejima. The baths in the guest rooms are fed by natural hot spring water. The skin is soft, so you can soak in it for a long time, but there are no large public baths or open-air baths other than the guest rooms.I think the dinner should be smaller and the amount of sashimi should be larger. On the other hand, I felt the amount of breakfast was a bit large.I think this is a recommended inn for couples who want to spend a relaxing time.

No matter what, it was a very satisfying inn! !The open-air bath in the room was fed directly from the source, and the quality of the hot spring water was good and my skin was smooth the next day.It was also fun to be able to go in as many times as I wanted while looking at the scenery of Izu Kogen. We were able to enjoy a lot of Izu ingredients in our dishes. Both were delicious, the plates and presentation looked beautiful, and it was a happy time! !The staff were always attentive to the details and had a gentle demeanor, and even though I was pregnant, they always prepared cushions and body pillows ahead of time, and were very considerate. This is truly first class hospitality.I look forward to hearing from you again.Thank you for your wonderful time.
