We stayed with 4 adults and 3 children on a three-day weekend, so we spent nearly 200,000 yen, but the view from the room was like a house. The room was also cheap compared to other members only hotels.Breakfast was comfortable in a private room. The breakfast content was mediocre. On the other hand, dinner was not in a private room, and since there were many children, it became noisy at first, and although the hotel took care, it became an uncomfortable situation for both other guests and us.I rated it as having a low level of satisfaction considering the price.

I used to use it frequently.I like the terrace of the room facing the courtyard. At Hisui, the check-in desk and lounge are small and have a sense of privacy. The quality of the hot springs is excellent. We also recommend eating at the teppanyaki counter for dinner, and since breakfast is not a buffet, you can relax and enjoy the view of fresh greenery and autumn leaves. It's adjacent to Koshien Harvest, so there's a nice garden, a footbath, a pool in the summer, and restaurants, sushi restaurants, izakayas, Japanese sweets shops, and art museums in the surrounding area.

A member-only hotel of Tokyu Harves Club.It is unavoidable that it is difficult to make reservations on the weekends because it is a popular facility, but even if you are lucky enough to get one at the last minute, you may not be able to make reservations for not only dinner but even breakfast, which is a bad thing for a members-only hotel. However, there are restaurants around Sengokuhara that will pick you up for dinner, and for breakfast, I also recommend the restaurant at the nearby Lalique Museum.

It was my first time using it, and it was very good.I made a reservation from Ikkyu, and there was a cheaper plan for a deluxe Western-style room that could accommodate up to 3 people than for 2 people, so I decided to use that. It was a deluxe Western-style room with dinner and breakfast included for around 80,000 yen.The room was almost twice as big as I expected, and had multiple sofas. I didn't use it because I didn't want insects to come in, but it was a good size room and there was a balcony. This time, I used the room with my mother as a filial act, but the bath in the room was separated from the guest room, including the changing room, so it didn't seem like it would be a problem for families to use the room (depending on the facility, there may be separate rooms and baths). (There are some places where the rooms are separated by a single piece of glass and used by families, but it wasn't like that.)The food was delicious and I had no complaints. There are no complaints about the large public bath. There were indoor and outdoor baths, as well as a sauna (I personally liked having a sauna). There is no cold bath, and the lukewarm water is in the open-air bath. The room was spacious, the food was delicious, and the public bath was nice.I may have used it from Friday to Saturday, but the customer base seemed to be a little older, with many couples and families in their 40s and older. It looks like it could be used by young couples. It didn't seem to be the kind of atmosphere where young friends would be having fun with each other. In terms of location, there was a Lawson nearby. There are no hot spring town-like places nearby where you can take a walk, so I think it's best to use the hotel purely for the purpose of enjoying the stay.

This was my first time using the service as a member, and I have no complaints about the facilities, atmosphere, and customer service.Parking is available in the underground parking lot, and although the number of spaces is limited, you can enter the building without getting wet in the rain.It was a deluxe room with an open-air bath, but it was very luxurious to be able to bathe in a natural hot spring in the room with a view of the river and trees. Hot springs can be saved up with the touch of a button. Once it gets cold, you need to take it out and save it again. The bath in the suite had a function to maintain the water volume and temperature, so it was always comfortable. It was bigger and more luxurious than a small hotel hot spring. The large public bath was a very good hot spring where you could enjoy sulfur springs. The dry sauna is 80°C, and there is no water bath, so I would like to see it added. Additionally, towels are always provided, so you don't have to bring them from your room. The equipment in the room is also high-quality, with popular brands such as hair dryers and shower heads available. Personally, I really wanted the Balmuda portable stereo that was in my room (lol)Restaurants inside Jade are expensive. Apparently you can also use the restaurant next door at Hakone Koshien, which also has a buffet for just over 6,000 yen. This time, the Koshien restaurant was closed, so I used Hisui's room service. The domestic eel, which cost just over 9,000 yen, was a little boney, but it was thick and delicious. I was able to relax in my room, which was nicer than eating at a restaurant. For breakfast, I had udon noodles and it was simple and delicious. I also recommend the grilled fish set meal that my family was eating as the fish was of very good quality. Even if it's a little more expensive, you might be more satisfied with the 3,300 yen Japanese meal that comes with rice in a clay pot. This may be the first and last time I'll be able to use such a great place, but it was definitely worth the effort.
