I met Su Su who was traveling with me here, so I lost one star. If Su Su didn't come, I could have five stars. The service is very good, the counter is very patient and can speak both English and Japanese.I hope I won’t meet Su Su when I come back next year, so that I can top up my five stars. Finally, there is no Susu here today. I, Chogoro Ohmaeda, am willing to give 5 stars to this unique mountain house that maintains the clear stream on Gunsawa.

It's clean and well maintained. Simple and delicious meals were served. Friendly staff. I was disappointed that there was no shower in the bathroom.

I entered the mountain from Kamikochi and arrived surprisingly tired. I was really impressed when I took a bath.

Unfriendly young woman very unfriendlyIt takes another 30 minutes to get to the tent site. It costs 4,000 yen to pitch a tent for two people.People passing by don't get paid even if they set up a tent. The person who paid the money is a bastard...

I stayed for one night. All the climbers behaved very well and were able to spend their time quietly. The toilets are also relatively clean for a mountain hut. I was thankful that there was a bath too! You cannot use toothpaste or shampoo.

This is a well-located mountain hut where you can take a breather on the long way to Mt. Yarigatake. The food is delicious and there are baths. I'm really grateful to be able to work up a sweat. However, it was the worst when I was sent to a shared room on the third floor.I stayed there at the beginning of August, and there were only windows for daylight, but no windows for ventilation, so the room temperature was quite high and stuffy.Especially after the lights went out at 8pm, the fan that only stirs the hot air stopped working, and I was worried that I might get heatstroke while I was sleeping. If you have made a reservation in midsummer, we recommend bringing a handy fan or instant cooling pack (such as Hyalon), or arriving early and staying in a room on the second floor (it was cool and windy!). I will.
