Room is not clean compare to the other hotels that I lived in Osaka and Tokyo, as a 4 starts hotel, basically all the amenities provided and service received is not equal to it’s star rating, you have to help yourself most of the time, no gym, breakfast is terrible

There was no one to manage the big bath, and there were no bath towels or hand towels in the women's bath, which caused me to catch a severe cold. Someone applied lotion all over her body, but no one stopped her. There was no alcohol supply for disinfection around the dressing table, and only lotion and body lotion were provided. , there is no hair oil, which is very disappointing. The breakfast is said to be a combination of Japanese and Western meals. The Japanese food only has pickles and fried fish, no curry or dororo , which is a huge failure. The accommodation price is not cheap, but the price/performance ratio is not high.I will not come here again.

This is the third hotel I have stayed in in Japan. Maybe because of comparison, I feel that the environment here is average. It is very close to the subway station and there are many restaurants downstairs! There are also supermarkets, which have good reviews!There are only 2 washing machines in the laundry room, which is too few! ! ! Some people put clothes on the table as a queue, so that anyone who comes at any time can be said to have arrived first, which is very unreasonable (I hope the hotel can clearly inform people that queues are the priority to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings)

I was on a business trip in Tokyo and I can recommend the hotel as a solo traveler.Great location with lots of shops nearby and the train station was a 3 minute walk away. If I'm ever there again, it'll be the same hotel again!

The room is a bit small, there is no way to spread out 2 large suitcases at the same timeThe toilet's ventilation is weak and the room tends to have a damp smell. The hair dryer is very weak and takes a long time to blow.The advantage is that it is very close to JR. There is a large supermarket nearby that is open until 12pm. There are many choices of cooked fruits. Restaurants and supermarkets are also very close. The location is great.

I stayed on the 11th floor for 8 days and there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The staff said there was a smoking room on the 10th floor. I don't know if it was because of that or because someone smoked in the room, but the hallway still smelled of cigarette smoke and no action was taken, so I don't want to use it again.

It was the same when I stayed at the Mitsui in Jingu,There were no steps from the place to take off your shoes in the public bath to the changing room, and Westerners would come to the changing room with their shoes on and even come into the public bath with their shoes on to see what the public bath was like... !!!It's seriously too dirty!!!I directly told him to take off his shoes, but maybe it was because of cultural differences, he said he got it and looked around a little more before leaving.Tourists from Greater China also come to the changing room in their slippers, which is very, very disgusting to the barefoot Japanese people.This is clearly a problem on the facility's part, and their response to the increasing number of tourists is extremely negligent.Unlike the shrine, there was a sign asking people to take off their shoes, but it was in a strange position and no one saw it and just passed by.I thought that unless it was large enough or located enough to stop the conductor at the entrance, this would continue to be the case due to cultural differences.Why do I have to walk on dirty shoe prints even though I took a bath and came out clean? It's not a cheap hotel, it's a Mitsui brand.
