The toilet and shower were new and clean. I think the facilities as a whole were good, but there are three things that bother me.One point is the customer service of the staff.I felt like they were responding in a formal manner with no expressions on their faces, and I didn't feel any consideration or warmth at all.Another thing is that there were dust mites on the carpet.Since my child was small, I couldn't sleep with him in a cot for one person, so I slept on the carpet, but I also slept in shorts, and I got bitten by ticks in about 10 places below my knees.Lastly, there were kickboards available for use, and they had big tires, so they were very fast.A child in the upper grades of elementary school was running at a high speed, which was very dangerous, and he could not control the car on the slope and crashed into the car.I think it would be good if they could improve this for the benefit of future users.

This is my second time using it. It was raining the first time, so all we could do was have a barbecue at the lodge.The second time, we were blessed with good weather and were able to play pool, play soccer, ride bicycles, and do other things. One of the attractions is the all-you-can-drink alcohol service from 4pm. I went with my friends and family, and the kids seemed to have a lot of fun.

I used it for auto camping during Obon in August, and it was cool in the evening, which was great.There are no patrols at night, so many people don't follow the rules and morals.There were groups of people who were making noise even after quiet time.I think it's heaven for people who don't care about the rules, such as blowing out fireworks or idling your car.It makes you look stupid if you follow the rulesNot recommended if you are looking for tranquilityBe careful as some sites don't seem to have enough space to put up a 2-room tent.The pool and fishing pond were great because the kids really enjoyed them.It was also my first time to have an air conditioner in the toilet and shower, so there was no problem with the facility.Despite being more expensive than others, the popularity of users is not good, soI think it would be a good place if that could be improved.

It was nice to have play equipment available to rent.The pedals of the two-seater bicycle (as well as other bicycles) were about to break, and maintenance was poor.I would be grateful if you could lend it to me, but I would like it to be properly maintained as there is a risk of injury.

I visited for 2 years in a row. The first year we stayed in a cottage, and the second year we went glamping. It's a very well-maintained place, so if you're looking for an outdoor feel, it might be a bit lacking, but the place to stay, the shared toilets, and showers are all clean and perfect for families with children. I have used the free alcoholic drinks many times.

We used the glamping facility.The facility itself felt relatively new and clean. The toilet and shower room are also air conditioned and very comfortable.It was good up to that point, butThis time I used the service at a bad time, and the person next to me was snoring so loudly❗️It was my first time to experience something like this, and I held out until around 24:00, but my patience was at its limit.Snoring is a physiological thing, so it can't be helped.When I looked around the facility, it seemed like there were some vacant rooms, so I went to the administration building to see if I could use it only at night, even if I had to pay an additional fee.There is no staff available due to time constraints → There is nothing we can do about itThere was an emergency contact number, so I called the number, but there was no response.I had no choice but to sleep in my car.The next morning, I didn't get a call back from the facility, so I went to the administration building to tell them that I would be in trouble if they couldn't take emergency response due to last night's incident.The person who appears to be the administrator barely manages to avoid getting irritated.Other staff including the staff next to meHi, that's a complaint! That look and attitude.Great! It's over!If you can't respond to emergencies, some people will be in trouble in the future! That's whatI just want to tell you.Is the reward money (discount?)? What do you want? and.Did you look that wistful?I immediately felt like I had to say something, so I was immature as a human being.Due to this incident, I will never use the facility again.It's good to have fun running a business with friends, but in order to earn money from customers and operate a business, staff guidance is necessary.This will lead to the deterioration of the facility.
