We always use the private bath. The quality of the hot springs is good and you can spend a satisfying time. Also, I would like to thank the staff for their excellent response.

I used it on my first trip in a while as a family of five.I stayed in a special room and was impressed by how wonderful the room was.The inside of the hotel was kept clean, and the view of the garden and the sound of the river were soothing. The cafe that you can use as a service is also surrounded by a forest and is a space where you can forget about time.My family is truly grateful to everyone who helped us with their kindness. We made some very good memories. thank you very much.

Excellent service from the moment you get out of your car (the staff is waiting for you to help you with the luggage). The staff is friendly and professional. You can either visit the place for lunch and hot spring or stay overnight. Females can choose a Yukata of your choice. You'll receive a separate Yukata for going to the spa and another as a pajama. There are bath towels, medium-size towels to take home, free socks to take home. Most amenities you'd need like tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face lotion, body lotion, etc. are availableMy mother and I stayed in Yama Akari. The room was spacious enough for two (might be too crowded for 4). We loved the in-room hot spring. The dinner was Michelin level with artistic details. The only complaint is that the reading room closes by 10pm and you have to call the front desk if you want to use it.Overall definitely worth the price.

It felt like the entrance was a complicated place. The navigation guide tells you which route you can take from the national highway. The road is narrow so it's a little confusing. However, I feel that the food, room, service, and response from the hostess and Nakai staff are satisfactory. Doesn't everyone feel that the service and response at inns and hotels where there are many foreigners these days is poor? Maybe it's because I'm busy...It's difficult to judge, but I felt until the end that I was satisfied with the service as long as it was polite and not over-the-top. I have decided to add it to my recommended favorites. This time I went with friends, but next time I would like to visit again with my whole family.

Food costs 7,000 yen, all-you-can-drink costs 3,000 yen, and including the service charge, it's about 12,000 yen, which is quite expensive. Is the food worth it? When asked, as an amateur, I thought the answer was no.However, I have never heard of banquet halls removing non-alcoholic beer from their all-you-can-drink menu in this day and age.Furthermore, even though it is a hot spring, there is a separate charge for bathing, which I think is a bit of a problem.I get the impression that he is too eager to make a profit while maintaining formality.
