This was my first time here, and the female staff were really nice, contrary to everyone's reviews (*^^*) It was great, but there were no outlets near the bed, so I couldn't charge my phone, and there was a cup for brushing my teeth. There were not many consumables, there were not many consumables, I felt that the food could be a little more delicious, etc., but I was able to talk to him many times and let him know. Due to various circumstances, I come to Kasamatsu once a month, so I'll come again when I'm staying overnight ☺ I feel like I can go home comfortably after coming from far away 🚗³₃ Thank you (￣^￣ゞ

The male staff was very polite, but the female staff was the worst.When I asked for a replacement item because the room order item was dirty, they said, "That's all we have," and hung up on me.Also, the cup for the welcome drink had not been cleaned enough and had a very fishy smell, so when I asked for a replacement, instead of apologizing, he got angry and yelled that I would have to pay for the replacement.I didn't want to complain, I just wanted to receive the minimum level of service I was paying for, but I felt really bad about why I had to be treated like this. I don't want to use it again.This is a hotel that I cannot recommend at all as it just makes me feel uncomfortable.

I use it often.It's always either shooting time or rest, but I don't think there will be any problems with the equipment.There were quite a few reviews saying that the water pressure was poor, but I don't think it bothered me that much.I think it depends on the person, but I didn't really notice the water pressure.I'm also a member, and I think it's a great deal.It was 50% off when I used it within 3 weeks of my first use.At that time, I regretted that I should have stayed overnight, but I decided to take a rest as usual.Hotels like this are expensive and some of them are sparse, but this one is cheap and the facilities don't feel cheap, so I think it's a good option.

It was a simple and beautiful room.I think this is one of the best love hotels in Ginan.I read the reviews and it looked good, so I was satisfied with the hotel I stayed in. Even if you're not nearby, it's a good idea to become a member since there are no joining fees or annual fees.What do you mean by support items? I think it was great that there were so many different types of cosplay costumes that you could borrow for free. The front desk phone support was also good.Other love hotels have rental services, but they charge a fee, so I think it's pretty amazing that you can get them for free just by registering as a member. There are also web coupons, so non-Members members should take a look. Cocktails are priced at about the same price as a regular izakaya, so I thought it was a pretty reasonable love hotel.
