I've stayed over 50 nights a year, and this is one of the worst, ranking in my top three.First of all, the reception at the front desk is poor.We were looking forward to a meal and a hot spring bath, but instead of adjusting to the speed at which we were eating, the waitress served us items one after another at the inn's own pace, and instead of enjoying the meal in a leisurely manner, we were very dissatisfied with both the quantity and quality. It was.The hot spring was so small that even 5 adults could fit in, and it was occupied by a group of 5 elderly people, so we couldn't relax. It cannot really be called a hot spring inn. The public baths in town are probably larger and have better facilities. The best part was that at breakfast, I thought it was a coffee ticket, but instead of 500 yen, there was a 400 yen discount coupon placed in a prominent place in the center of the table. How much does a cup cost? (100 yen discount)If you spend more than 20,000 yen per night, they will charge you even coffee in the morning...I feel like I stayed at a hotel that cost less than 10,000 yen. (Currently, free services are available for orders under 10,000 yen.)It's hard to find an accommodation with such poor cost performance. It was a shame and I couldn't help it.The real word of mouth is what I tell the people around me. If they were more satisfied than expected, they would remember to stay again. This will only give you bad reviews.I guess it's because of their selfish attitude that they don't care about customer satisfaction.I also made a last-minute reservation at this inn at Gero Onsen, which had a room available. I was satisfied with why this was.In the future, if I am asked to recommend a good accommodation in Gero, I will strongly tell them to avoid staying here.

Every inch of the private family bath and observation bath was beautiful! It was a one-night stay starting on Sunday, but perhaps because of the timing, I had the observation bath all to myself that night and the next morning. The food is satisfying (not only adults, but my kids are also very happy with the children's menu). Also, the room was clean and it was a corner room on the 4th floor, but the view was good. The landlady? First of all, the staff are kind. They are kind and friendly to children. If you are staying in Gero, this is your only choice.

I stayed at this inn during my first visit to Gero Onsen. It was smaller than I expected, and I was grateful that they provided transportation to nearby sightseeing spots.Unfortunately, the food was too sweet for my taste, and my companions were served less than one dish, and there was hair in the food, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. It also became. Also, the mattress was so thin that I felt sore the next morning. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use it during my next stay at Gero Onsen.

Although it was smaller than the surrounding hotels, it was very clean and although it was not a non-smoking room, it didn't smell like cigarettes and was comfortable. There was a large selection of food, and the Western-style chawan mushi was especially delicious. It was a shame that the children's menu used frozen items.I would definitely use them again.

I used it for a day trip bath. The bath is located on the top 5th floor and is fed by the hot spring water 24 hours a day, giving you a smooth feeling.Shampoo, conditioner body soap, face wash, shaving, cotton swabs, hair dryer, and a safe with a lock are provided. The open air is not that large. There was a foot massage machine, which felt good, and there were no other customers, so I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes.I felt that the hot water at the public bath "Sachi no Yu" near the hotel was much smoother and had better quality.

I made a last minute reservation on the same day, but they were very responsive and helpful.
