I think it's a good guest house. Although you can enjoy the atmosphere of an old folk house, the inside has been beautifully renovated, and the plumbing is also clean. The toilets are up to date. The landlady seems to be a busy worker and does her job well. If you're looking for the friendliness of a hotel, this might not be the place for you. Since it's made of wood, you can hear all sorts of sounds, but perhaps because of the crowd, it was so silent that it made my ears ring. It has double glazed windows, so noise from outside is shut out.I chose the most expensive rice option, but it was cheap for Hida beef and was generally delicious. There's nothing wrong with the open-air bath. If it's a big inn, it's about 2,000 yen per visit and you can enter as much as you want if there's a room available, and since there are only a few rooms, there will always be one available. Too cheap. The only negative points were that when I opened the window, I couldn't open it because it smelled like stink bugs, and when I turned on the heating by mistake, the air conditioner smelled like dog smell. However, the insects can't be helped, so they have double-paned windows, and the air conditioner didn't have a smell, just because it was heated out of season, so I guess it was before maintenance.I occasionally stay at minshuku in the same price range, but if you value traditional houses, local cuisine, and private open-air baths, I think it's pretty good. If you don't like the manager's lifestyle (watching TV in the room next to the dinner venue), you should avoid running a guesthouse in the first place.

The food was so delicious! The open-air bath is also nice♪(≧∇≦)bEven in summer, the temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius, which is cool, and there is a pleasant atmosphere with the sound of the river and the sounds of insects ♪ (*^_^*)There are three open-air baths (no washing area), which can be reserved for private use and can be used as many times as you like 24 hours a day. It was a large bath with large rocks arranged dynamically. There are also two indoor baths (with washing areas), which are also reserved for private use. It was.Oh, and the toilet is clean♪(*^_^*)For smoking, there is an ashtray next to the outdoor entrance. Also, the duct tape placed everywhere is to protect against stink bugs and other insects. (;゚д゚)ェ…Treat insects calmly with gumte or an empty plastic bottle.

In August 2023, we were fortunate to be able to reserve the entire inn. There were multiple open-air baths, and the scenery and starry sky were great, so I would like to stay there again. The windows are also double-walled, so I don't think insects will come in unless you open them. There are no convenience stores nearby, so buy what you need at the co-op during the day!A soft-shelled turtle was in the hallway connecting the open-air baths. It's cute because it comes with it.

To be honest, it's in an inconvenient location, there are no convenience stores nearby, and you're really just staying at the hotel. The three private baths are truly the best! !I took a bath many times. Also, the rice is really delicious! !This is the kind of inn I want to go to just for that reason.I will stay again sometime.
