Stay overnight without meals. The bath has an alkaline level of 9.1, fed directly from the source. It's warm and the best. It's enough just to sleep and take a bath, and if you ask for dinner, you can. The customer service is very nice and warm. Thank you for your help.

The building looks quite old, but the hot spring was very cute and the hot water was great🥰♥️♥️♥️It was a wonderful inn where you could eat Gero's specialties for a reasonable dinner, and everyone was very accommodating.🥹✨✨✨

I had the most enjoyable time at Kikuhan Inn. The team are extremely friendly despite the language barriers, the onsen was great, the room was comfortable and the loo which was newly done up was modern and clean. The grilled miso beef dinner was a bit too salty for us coming from Hong Kong but that didn’t impact on the overall experience. Hope I will get to stay at Kikuhan again in the not so distant future.

The quality of the hot springs is the best. I have stayed at other ryokans in Gero, but they are completely different.I want to go again to enjoy the hot springs.

Naturally flowing from the source. There is only one indoor bath, and the hot spring water is poured into the bath, and the water temperature in the whole bath is a little lukewarm at about 40 degrees Celsius, probably because the amount of water poured into the bath is small. It's nice to be able to soak in the slippery, smooth, and thick hot spring water for a long time. The changing rooms are small and can feel cramped when there are a lot of customers, the facilities are generally old, and you have to walk up a hill from the station, but I think it's worth the price.
