The facilities are a little old, but they are kind and polite.I'm concerned about the sound of JR, but that can't be helped.Shi○-chan at the front desk is awesome😃⤴️⤴️It's been two months since then.The first thing Shi○-chan at the front desk said was, “It’s been a while.” I was so happy ☺️

Thank you for taking care of me on my bike trip in June! Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order, but we were given a discount to compensate for that, which left a great impression on us! I stayed here for 2 weeks for work.I think the most noteworthy thing is the wonderfulness of the staff.The cleaning of the room is very thorough.The sheets are also crisp.Something like this happened.I tossed the crumpled plastic bag from the convenience store onto the desk.One day, the plastic bag was neatly folded and placed on my desk. . .( ´ ▽ ` )The front desk staff, whom I will meet every day.Everyone will respond with a very natural and kind smile.comfortable! ️One night, when I went to the drugstore in front of the store to buy alcohol, I asked the woman at the front desk if they had ice.Then, I was told that I could get it by going to the annex next door.After buying some alcohol, I rushed into the annex to get some ice.Then, “It’s ice! ? ”Immediately I heard a voice from the kitchen, and when I looked, I saw an ice bucket full of ice.It seems that the beautiful woman from earlier arranged it for me.I was surprised. . .I'm sure there are many men who will fall in love with your detailed and smart attention to detail and your kind smile.I will definitely visit again when I come to Hiroshima on business.

The building and equipment are showing their age. The door to the room was auto-locked.I feel that the room is a little small compared to modern business hotels, but personally it doesn't bother me.A lot of the equipment from before the renovation remained, the clothes hanger was in the closet, the unit bath was quite small, and the room smelled like it had been there for several years...The toilet was new and had a washlet, which was helpful. The screws in the washbasin had gotten loose and were starting to come off, and we could see water leaking, probably because of that. The shower also has new equipment, so I think that's good as well.Most of all, I was impressed by the customer service and language of the employees.I was very grateful that they responded to my concerns immediately.I had a sudden stay scheduled this time, but it was a hotel that I would like to use again.

I was looking for a room on the same day while on a motorcycle tour and found this place.Excellent service and reasonable prices even on the same day.I also parked my bike under the roof.In the morning, feel comfortable and be careful at the front desk! It was Friday night and we had a sleepover at Bullet. When I called to inquire about the availability of a twin non-smoking room, I was told that it was available. I told the front desk staff what time I would be arriving, arrived at the hotel, and paid my accommodation fee in advance. I stayed overnight without meals. There's a Fine and a 7-Eleven 200 stores away from here right in front of me, so I don't have to worry about eating that much. There is also a parking lot. When I arrived at the hotel, I left my car keys at the front desk. The hotel is quite old. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Showa era. The room I rented was old, but it was fairly clean. If you're in the area, you'll only hear the sound of trains passing by. You can also pay by credit card.
