I stayed for one night on Saturday. The building is a recreation facility from the Showa era, and it feels like you've come to a forest school. Although the bath is not a hot spring, you can relax in the large bathtub. Meals are served individually at the restaurant rather than as a buffet. The quantity is also just right. If you are coming from Kawajiri direction, you will have to climb up a winding road. Mornings are pleasant on the plateau. It's even better with coffee. I was worried about the customer base because it was cheap, but it was a calm night. The price is the same on weekends, so it's easy to use.

It is truly a forest school inn. It's an old facility. It doesn't look particularly dirty, but there are quite a few large insects invading the hallway. The toilets are shared, so each room does not have a toilet or bath. It's like laying your own futon. The door to the room is made of heavy metal, so you can hear the noise from neighbors' doors opening and closing. The public bath is not large. If it's crowded, you might not be able to relax, but there was a large space where you could sleep after taking a bath. The dinner was more luxurious than I expected, but the breakfast was simple. When I tried to get coffee, it was gone and they wouldn't refill it. The child wanted milk, but there was none. The most painful thing was that there was no mobile phone signal (Docomo), and there was no Wi-Fi in the building, so I couldn't do any research on where I was going the next day. It feels like you can barely get a signal in the parking lot after exiting the front entrance. I didn't feel particularly amiable or bad.

It's probably to save water, but the time it takes for hot water to come out of the faucet is too short.Food and things that are eaten hot become cold...
