I used it at the end of September.Since it was empty, I could choose any site, so I used the forest site.It seemed like it was the season, so there were chestnuts all over the place, and all the children were very happy picking them up and playing with them.As others have written, the facilities such as the kitchen are not new, but there are more than the minimum facilities such as detergent, sponges, and a vending machine, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. You can also walk to the Metasequoia trees, so it's also great to be able to take a walk in the early morning when there are fewer people.

I was able to make a reservation on the same day and go. I could walk to Metasequoia, so I set up my tent and went for a walk. The equipment is not new at all, but the staff? The response was amazing! It wasn't too crowded and it was quiet at night. It was cool at night, perhaps because it was near the mountains, and I felt chilly while sleeping, so I was able to sleep very comfortably without a fan.It was cool under the shade of the trees.Unfortunately, it's a mountain, so there are a lot of insects (lol). The kitchen, toilet, and shower are in the same building and the lights are on, but the doors are left open so there are insects everywhere...I think it can be improved if you at least let me close it...The children were happy to be able to play in the water, but it was too muddy to play. Also, insect repellent was a must.I went with a group of 10 people, and all of them suffered from insect bites and were miserable. The shower was also old and I had to adjust the hot and cold water myself, so it was difficult to get it to the right temperature in a short amount of time.I would like to go in winter next time!

Although our family is new to camping, we were able to meet a very kind and courteous owner and very nice employees, and had a great camping experience. The toilets and other facilities were also clean and good. I definitely want to use this place again the next time I go camping. There were various musical instruments, so I was able to spend time with my daughter in a wonderful space. It created wonderful memories for both my daughter and me. Thank you very much. Thank you for the meal (lol)

The owner is kind. It may seem a bit crowded, including a kitchen, but it is fully equipped and is recommended for camping beginners.

I visited in early January.Although it is located within a 5-minute walk to Metasequoia Namiki, it is not visible from the campsite.I don't have to go to Metasequoia Namiki in the middle of the night or early in the morning, so being able to walk there was a valuable experience.I didn't go to the ground site because there was an event going on, but the other sites are spacious and I think it's a campsite that everyone from solo campers to families can enjoy. There are flush toilets, one at the campsite and one in the building next to the administration building. There are multiple toilets for both men and women next to the administration building, so it was nice to be able to use them without having to wait even in the morning.I plan to ask again.

Although it is close to the sightseeing spot of Metasequoia (within walking distance), the campsite is quiet and a flock of monkeys came in the morning (they keep their distance, so it's not scary). The facilities are good, so I want to go again.
