I booked a room with this hotel through an online travel agency in April for January 2025, and I received a confirmation email for the booking.Since then, I’ve tried to reach out several times via the same online platform, both in English and Thai, for some practical inquiries but never received any response.In August, I decided to finalize my trip to Thailand and contacted the hotel directly via email in Thai because I wanted to pay for the four nights. I was already suspicious since the hotel hadn't requested a deposit upfront, which is quite unusual for a Bangkok hotel. Once again, I received no reply.I then sent a message through a well-known instant messaging platform, and I could see that it was marked as “read.” It took them more than a week to finally respond.Their explanation was that there had been “an error in the system” with my reservation. Firstly, it's not the system that’s at fault, but rather the person managing it who made the mistake. When a hotel receives an online booking, it should be entered into their reservation software, which provides a second chance to spot any errors. Telling someone four months later that you can’t honor their reservation is unacceptable.They then offered me a “special price” if I booked directly with them: 1,200 baht (around €32.50). However, this wasn’t even for the room I originally booked, but a lower-category one. This was also more than double the amount I was initially supposed to pay.If you want to avoid any unpleasant surprises when you arrive in Bangkok—such as being told there was an "error in the system" when you check-in—I would advise booking elsewhere.My experience with them was frustrating and far from professional.

A good value family visit. Friendly service. A quiet location but also very central. Close to main attractions. It’s not particularly modern but well looked after. Comfortable and clean. Pleasant restaurant and lobby where we ate breakfast.

No hair dryer.Put purified water, not new water, into the recycling container.The atmosphere in the room is dark.However, the flooring materials and quiet atmosphere are there.conclusion. This is not a 3 star hotel.Not very satisfied with the price. If it's cheap, it's worth a visit.

Since I arrived late at night, I was able to inquire by phone at the hotel entrance.The owner spoke good English, and the interior design seemed to show the owner's taste, which was nice. (No deposit) It's a quiet hotel with a timeless feel, like an old city. Koreans will regret it if they think it is a regular hotel other than the price and service, but if you think of it as fitting in with the old city and feeling like you are using a hotel from a long time ago, it is a very good hotel. Compared to modern hotels, it still feels a bit small and inconvenient, but I think it's attractive that it was remodeled and the interior was left in line with the era in which it was created. If more capital had been invested, it could have been more modern, but then it wouldn't have had this feeling of the times. There were many recommendations for breakfast, but unfortunately I couldn't try it. It's a cozy and decent hotel that's perfect for those who enjoy traditional or historical vibes. (Of course, there are some inconveniences, but it was great to see it from a different perspective.)I had a lot of trouble finding accommodation in Bangkok, but by some unexpected luck, I found a hotel located very close to the main street in the Old City. The city is still undergoing maintenance work, but it still has its charm. I also learned a lot of information that the famous Bib Gourmand and Netflix Thailand restaurants and restaurants started here.I stayed in the Old City for about 3 days and was very satisfied with the hotel. There are homeless people on the streets in the evening and there are not many people, but it is not dangerous at all, and if you walk a little, Khaosan Road (night market?) and temples will spread out before your eyes.This is the first place I will stay again when I come back with my family.I am very satisfied as it is not a rest but the start of a city trip.The wifi was super fast! 5G ^^

It's a nice place close to Khaosan Road. The pros are the location and high cleanliness, but the cons are the bathroom is a bit tight. What are you trying to do? What are you trying to do? The important thing is that water only comes out when checking. Starting at night, it's going to be at least 1 degree. So, you should only wash with cool water at night and in the morning. Do you believe in the stars?

Amazing hotel! I extended my stay twice! It’s an older building, meticulously maintained, great architecture, very beautiful. The staff is great, very helpful and very kind. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, water was hot! It’s a quiet and safe area, and maybe a ten minute walk to the main areas.I would totally recommend it and it will certainly be my place to stay next time I’m in Bangkok.

I give it two stars because I calmed down. And just because. Let's start with the positives: a very nice lady at the reception, a hotel with a lot of potential but unused. Beautiful staircase, rooms with potential, theoretically cool location. Why theoretically? And here we come to the minuses. Because there is a construction site next to it, which disturbs the peace from early morning hours. One by one: we waited a long time to check in even though our room should have been ready a long time ago. But the worst thing was the noise at night... Nobody could sleep. I thought it was the air conditioning, but turning it off didn't help. I recommend a video with a recording, it shows the noise level. Without earplugs, forget about sleep. Cyclic noise interrupted by a minute of silence. It can turn you crazy. The tap in the kitchenette was leaking. The tap in the bathroom was leaking. But that's okay, you just sleep there... if it weren't for the price. Totally inadequate to the conditions. Curtain rods covered with food foil, no basic cosmetics, no shower curtain. Details like this that make you not want to be there. And again - if the price reflected it, it would be great. But it doesn't reflect. And the wifi doesn't work ;)

Satisfied in many ways. 10 minutes walk from Khaosan. It is a 15-minute walk from DDM (Korean restaurant). Well-maintained, clean and conveniently located. The National Monument is right next to it, so if you take a bus or taxi anywhere, they will show you a photo without having to explain the location of the accommodation.

Unprofessional hotel! They overbooked the rooms and didn’t even reply or answer the phone. Left us stranded with no solution. Location is difficult to find, the small road on roundabout is difficult to locate especially during night!
