I stayed with my family for one night and two days.I would like to prevent myself from being unable to make a next reservation due to being evaluated as having the maximum score in everything. This is partly because I live in a city, but I can watch from the sidelines as creatures try to escape as their prey gets caught in spider webs that I can see from the window of an old folk house.Must have knowledge and history at a restaurant specializing in char cuisine. The owner is the second generation and is very smart and easy to talk to.Being able to drink Hitomi Winery's wine because I am a relative of Hitomi Winery. Can you eat char this way? There is a surprise.Being able to hear the sounds of summer in the countryside. No matter where you look, there are experiences you can't have in the city. What you can do.Now. In order to feel this way, it is important to look at the world from an honest perspective and understand what is valuable. Both Japanese and foreigners can enjoy the experience of subtraction without any extra effort.

We had lunch. The meal was healthy and packed with vegetables, and the rock fish was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere of the building was also great.

The lunch plate was 2,500 yen, but I thought it was cheap as there were many plates lined up. It was my first time having char sashimi, and it was very delicious. Also, the konnyaku tempura was delicious, and I asked the friendly proprietress how to make it. Although it's far away, I like old folk houses, so I'd like to go there again if I'm nearby.

This is a shop that has been relocated from my favorite old thatched house that I have visited many times. You can enjoy a luxurious meal using char grown on the premises.

I visited Iwagyo twice for the lunch course. The rock fish dishes served at the edge of the hearth of the thatched house were all very elaborate and delicious. Also, the stories the proprietress told me while grilling the rock fish were very interesting, and it became a place I would like to visit again.
