Just like what other people said. There is no elevator, room is dirty, service is poor.Owner don’t reply msg, he doesn’t care at all. When we checked in there are already two slippers have been used. We wrote an email and he doesn’t reply until we left after 4 days. Please avoid this hotel as possible.

This time I booked a room through Agoda. It said there was an elevator, but there was actually no elevator. The room was still on the fifth floor, so I had to carry my big suitcase to the fifth floor. You knew the space in the room was small as soon as you made the reservation. The advantage is that there is a small refrigerator and microwave available. The disadvantage is that there is a lot of dust and lint in the room. If you look carefully at the tatami, there is lint all over it. There will also be lint on the sheets and pillowcases, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.After many self-guided trips to Japan, this is the first time I have stayed in such a dirty room. I can’t believe there are such low-quality accommodations in Japan. I will never consider this accommodation in the future.

Don't fall for the nice act. You're being oversold to sign a contract you'll regret. That contract that treats you like you owe them a favor for letting you stay there. They will take advantage of you. Stay away from the company that's renting this place!

TLDR: Very poor customer service, scammy practice. It has been more than 3 months since I left and I have yet to receive my deposit. On top of that, they want to replace the original furnitures with more expensive counterparts and INVOICE ME THE TOTAL COSTS!! (i.e. from <5000yen table to 25000yen table). Also, they don't reply to my emails and they've stopped answering the phone...I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, the room is small, but not cramped and cozy. The advantage is that it is close to Kanda Station in Akihabara (6 minutes walk)
