It was used by 12 people on a joint trip with 3 families. This inn is located on Lake Biwa and has a great location. The guest rooms have a quaint feel. The rooms include a kitchen, a large hall, and two large small rooms on the first floor and two on the second floor. There are also two toilets. I went with 3 families, but 4 families would be fine. There is a barbecue area in the basement. This place isn't that big, but the view is great with Lake Biwa right in front of you.The bathroom has three showers and a bathtub that can accommodate three adults. There were 6 children between the ages of 0 and 4, but there was no danger. The kitchen and room are separate (there is one next door, but I didn't use it this time). After the kids go to bed, they won't wake up even if the adults are having fun in the kitchen. The staff who came to check in and check out were also very polite. There is a parking lot next door that can accommodate 3 cars.It was only 1 night and 2 days, but I had such good memories that I wanted to stay another night. I want to go again.

I stayed here on a family trip.We rented the entire building for one night and two days with about 10 people, and the building was so spacious that we had more than enough rooms.I could see Lake Biwa right in front of me, and I could hear the sound of the waves and feel the nature. The building was made of wood and was very old-fashioned. The bath is made of cypress and you can see Lake Biwa from there. There is a boat shed under the room, so we could have a BBQ even on rainy days. You can even reach Lake Biwa from there. There were plenty of amenities, and it was a good place to be able to carry less luggage. There was also a washing machine. There is a convenience store nearby, and Heiwado is about 10 minutes away by car, so I was allowed to use it for shopping.Thank you very much for spending time with your family and making great memories.

My whole family used it. It seems like the kids had a great time staying there too, as they could go right out to the lake. On the other hand, to compensate for the price of a nice old folk house, the structure of the building means that footsteps and voices can be heard quite a lot. In that sense, it may be a little more suitable for adults. You'll be tested to see how much you can endure the noisy noise.

There is no doubt that you can swim in Lake Biwa right in front of your eyes and have a luxurious time having a BBQ while looking at Lake Biwa. The environment is nice, so you can definitely drink too much. The staff are also very kind and friendly.
