For me it has a good location.Also it was easy to book and really cheap.But maybe it is not good for a long stay.I stayed only 2 nights.Really easy to use.But it's not adapted for families.I might book it again.

The staff was friendly, and the location was beyond perfect, but the whole two weeks I was there, a very uncomfortable oder that became intoxicating everytime I came in and out of the room. God forbid men killed themselves there because it had the smell of a dead cat more pungent and cumbersome. I hope they read this and check the rooms for god forbid deceased bodies.Other than that, so many grocery stores nearby and restaurants and beautiful walking trails and street ways, not to mention that the train line is right there and it will take you to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya; a very popular first timer tourist destination with only one transfer. Not to mention the drinking laws here are incredible for an American; just don't act like a fool and it is open container everywhere you go. Overall, I'd say this place is about a 3.2 but with a couple minor touch ups it could easily be a 5.0. But don't get this property confused for the other under their management; they may be just putting this specific one together and mitigating the flaws because under their management, there are several other.

“Cheap” in this area! that's all·price-Cheap for the location·Security- Digital key only, no staff・Cleanliness-The washroom and shower room are unsanitary.-The guest rooms are capsule-shaped and contain various odors (people, food).-Towels are tattered·Wifi- Slow or unable to connect

The price is affordable and the location is convenient. Although it has the shortcomings of ordinary capsule hotels, considering the price, it is okay for a short stay.The most fatal shortcoming is that the WiFi is very slow. It is almost useless if it is super slow. The quality of WiFi nowadays is unbearable.Until he improves the wifi quality here, I don't recommend this place.

As others have written, I don't expect security or cleanliness from Hana in a place like this.The website when making the reservation says "Free Wi-Fi available", but this is a lie. fraud level. There seems to be Wi-Fi, but it's almost impossible to connect. When I stayed there about two years ago, I made a reservation for "no Wi-Fi," but this time I made a reservation for "free Wi-Fi," so this level of Wi-Fi is a scam. They're making fun of the guests at the "I'm letting them in just in case" level.
