We're sorry if you were told to go to the next building when checking in. I obviously made a reservation at Hotel Sunlight, but was assigned a room in the annex next door. At the Annex, you can see what hotels from Japan's bubble economy looked like today. The musty smell of mold that I felt as soon as I entered the room... The ventilation system that makes the entire room humid when I get out of the shower... The dust in the air conditioner that I don't want to turn on... Clumps of dust accumulated in the corners of the room... The way to turn it makes it difficult to adjust the water temperature. 's 80's style faucet... A bathtub with visible scales... Accordingly, the condition of the water pipes and water quality are suspected...However, for the few days I stayed, I kept the window open except when I was sleeping, so the air was fine. I am also a person who is naturally tolerant of hygiene...I went back to the front desk 5 minutes after check-in to complain about this, but they said they couldn't change it because there were no rooms left. I said I made a reservation for this room, but the room I saw on the reservation site was definitely not like this. Please note that room trimming is not provided even if a sign is placed on the door handle. I don't know if they will do it if I tell the front desk.Additionally, even if you're alone, you don't feel like you're alone due to the conversation coming from the next room and noise coming from the roadside.

The rooms are as old as a Japanese business hotel, but worth staying in. Breakfast is better than expected, and the location is a bit far from Shinjuku Sanchome Station for lugging suitcases. There is a convenience store and ramen restaurant across the street.
