A very nice guest house close to the beach. So friendly staff, always helpful and the room is equipped with everything you need. New towels and amenities daily. Good breakfast and a short walk into town and to temples and the great Buddha. One point less for the road that passes right in front of the house

I had a nice holiday the other day🎵There is a yoga studio and a surf club inside Zaimokuza Terrace, and it was nice to be able to use them at a discounted rate. I could see the beautiful sea from my room and had a blissful time. I want to go again next year.

[Good points]The staff were energetic, perfect for the summer beach, and you could tell they were enjoying their work.I think the location is also good. The guests next door gave me presents on the communal terrace, and I felt like I was in a dormitory overseas. Good for people who like interacting with people. The amenities are stylish. If you are planning to stay here, it may be best not to look at the following. I will write exactly what I experienced.[About hotel stay]I can't wake up to the sound of the ocean. I can't even see the sea from my room. (You can see it if you go outside)I can't eat while watching the sunset because the cafe closes before then. (Maybe you can wait until the food cools down or buy it at a convenience store?)I could hear the sounds of cars all the time, which reminded me of when I lived alone when I was a student. The chairs on the terrace were rusty, and I felt like they had been left in tatters and hadn't been cleaned.I felt it was malicious that the parasols were removed only in front of the guest rooms.[About appearance]Also, as mentioned in other people's reviews, I think it would be better to display the appearance properly.I thought it was strange how all the stylish buildings were designed to make people think they were hotels. (Actually, it's on the bottom left of the first floor.)I thought I would be able to enjoy the facility's services by paying for them, but the second and third floors housed yoga classes, offices, and residential stores, and those involved were not allowed to enter.[About meals]It was a shame that room service was no longer available from 6:30 until check-out. There are no places to eat nearby, so I had to drive or order Uber Eats.[About the guest rooms]The futon smelled of sweat and hadn't been washed, and my wife, who was with me, said she couldn't sleep because of the smell, so she slept on the sofa provided.Perhaps because it was too small, people were hanging their clothes outside to dry.Due to the lock, you cannot enter through the front door from 6:30 to 10:00, so leave your shoes on the terrace, so there is no security.

[I really hope for improvement]I was surprised at how different it was from the photos that came up when I searched. I think people who have seen the photo will get it wrong, so I'm posting it here.I made a reservation after seeing photos of what I thought was a stylish place, but some of the facilities were actually hotels. This is the part in the red frame. There are no stores on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so you cannot enter or exit.In other words, part of the first floor is a space where you can stay.Access to the guest rooms is from the terrace in the common area of the facility, which is a place where many people can pass, so there is no privacy. Our staff will be leaving at 6:30, so we will not be able to respond to any requests. The entrance will be locked, so only the terrace can be accessed. You cannot eat while watching the sunset. Last orders will be taken before that.Furthermore, the atmospheric lighting that I thought would be fun to enjoy after sunset also goes out. (Maybe it disappeared around 7 o'clock?)Check-out is at 10:00, but the cafe opens at 11:30. I feel like I have to find another restaurant to eat breakfast.I think it's for people who are used to dormitories, but I don't recommend going as a hotel.[Good points]You can see the sea, so it's good for people who want to see the sea.You may be able to use Uber Eats, so you may be able to enjoy meals until late at night since you can't do that at a hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach house.
