With Google map , it is not difficult to find the place but suggest you check in before it turns dark. Getting the password to the unit and checking in can be a little bit of a hassle esp if you book through hotels apps. …

My relatives were coming to Tokyo, so I made a reservation and stayed there for one night. Dogs were allowed to stay there, the room was very clean, and we went to the hot springs several times. My whole family liked it.I would like to go again! ️

I stayed with my family of four and one dog.The stone bath with an atrium ceiling and a view of the scenery is stylish, and the surroundings are quiet and relaxing.

I stayed here with my dog.The room was clean and had a hot spring, so I was able to relax. For dinner, you can have a barbecue on the terrace. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, but the parking lot was far away.It was difficult to find the location and I had to walk around a lot, and other guests were also confused, so I would like the parking information to be easier to understand.

Company messed up our confirmed reservation and did not send required checkin information. Neither us nor Expedia were able to reach them. Two hours later they called back. The customer support then was confused and not able to help. Luckily Expedia was able to book another apartment in a remote location, so we weren’t stranded on the road. Therefore: not recommendable as not reliable at all.

Great rooms, that fit at least 10 people. All new interior and a huge backyard. Had 2 Onsen upstairs and outside downstairs. Plenty of room inside with great amenities. Parking on site and very easy check in and check out. One of the best hotels in the area. Definetly enjoyed. 10/10.
