Very beautiful Ryokan in Hakone with a nice onsen.Food is excellent, the bed very comfortable. There's a high grade coffee machine in the room along with a kettle for tea but strangely only two small cups which is annoying so if one wants to have tea after having had a morning coffee, then one has to wash them.Restaurant service was impeccable. There's a vintage shuttle bus and car service to go to the station. (Hakone itself is of absolutely zero interest.)

I got a nice room with an open-air bath.If I turn on the hot water, it's too hot to enter the bath, but when I turn the water on, it's too cold to enter. It's just like a bathroomDoes that mean it's not flowing directly from the source? It's trashI have to adjust the temperature every time before entering. It's so hot that I have to turn on the water, set a timer for 5 minutes, and do something like that.I'm tiredIt was a waste of money

The open-air bath with a wide variety of types had an elegant atmosphere and was very comfortable. It was a little crowded in the afternoon, but since we arrived early, we were able to enjoy most of the place privately. Also, the food I was looking forward to was also very delicious.Thank you to everyone at the inn who took care of us!

When you first enter, you will find kimono rentals and various other services, all of which will be explained to you in detail. There is not a single dust in the building, and there is a tatami elevator, but there are also ornaments placed on the stairs, which is a nice touch that you can't see. I stayed in a room on the 5th floor, and it was very well equipped with drink service, a large TV, and a built-in open-air bath. The food was the best I've ever had at a ryokan, and I was very satisfied with both the quantity and taste. (The amount was too much) The public bath was large and there were explanations of each bath. The customer service was also excellent, and when we were leaving, we were served drinks with cute bottle covers for each member of our family, and they waved at us until they were out of sight. The price is high, but I think it's worth more than the price! Please try it when you go to Hakone!

I went on a day trip bathing trip with lunch included. For 5,500 yen, you can take a bath, eat, and relax until 5pm at a high-class inn, and it's well worth it.Plans that allow you to rest in your guest room are expensive, so the plan was limited to the common rest area, but the hot water and the quality of the food were as expected.I have experienced several day trip baths with lunch included in Hakone Yumoto, and this one ranks number one in terms of satisfaction. The only negative point is that the bath and rest room feel a little cramped, as the inn itself is not that big.
