Before I booked this hotel, I really didn’t check the reviews first but thankfully it was okay. I’ve read later on that it was a “scam hotel” if you booked from Booking. I booked this hotel thru Agoda and it went fine. The hotel looks nice and elegant from their website pictures, but it was old and has a weird smell like a tire smell something like that inside the rooms. The rooms are spacious tho but has thin walls so we could hear the next door’s conversation and stuff. Also, one thing that all these other people leave out on their reviews and please take note of this is, “THEY DIDN’T HAVE PRIVATE SHOWERS IN YOUR ROOM.” Yes, just a toilet and a sink. If you have to shower, you have to use the public bath (onsen) on the lower floor. It was a big dilemma for my husband coz he has tattoos. I asked the front desk employees if its fine for my husband to use the bath, and I couldn’t understand him coz he only speaks Japanese and he talks really fast. So in the end, I told my husband to just use the shower real quick but don’t dip in the onsen itself. Oh also, they will ask you to pay for a like a bath fee upon check in, which you will need to pay in yen (cash) but its only ¥150/person. So all in all, the stay was just okay. Could’ve been better though. Anyway, no 2nd time for me on that hotel.

It ends normally. The air conditioner in the room didn't work well and the towels had a terrible smell. The manager is alone and is not able to take care of many things. end

8/11, I am currently staying at this hotel and would like to write a review.First of all, I made a reservation for check-in after 3pm, but when I arrived at the hotel at 6pm, there was no one in the lobby. Even if you ring the bell, no one will come.A few minutes later, a staff member passed by and when I went to check in, he told me, ``The room hasn't been cleaned yet. Please wait for an hour.'' I was made to wait in the lobby.Three groups came after we were waiting and were treated in the same way.An hour later, "Cleaning is finished. The air conditioner is out of order. The repair company won't be able to help you for a long time, so please use two fans. The hot springs are lukewarm, so I recommend you go to another hot spring." That's what I was told. When I asked why they didn't contact me in advance because the equipment section on the reservation site said "cooler," I was surprised to hear that they offered an excuse instead of an apology, saying, "The owner is making me do it all by myself, so I don't have time, so I guess it can't be helped." Ta.Also, not only does our room have a broken air conditioner, but it seems like some rooms have a broken air conditioner and others don't, so it's a scorching hot mess.As of 24:00, it's too hot to sleep. No matter what I say to the staff, the first thing they do is always say that they are in trouble. When I questioned him further, he reluctantly apologized.I wrote this review in the hope that it will be of some help to those of you who are planning to visit in the future, so that your memories will not be disappointing. It's hot and I can't sleep. What should I do?

This is a scam hotel. The owner manipulates the room price through booking and continues to collect money. Then the hotel is not open when tourists arrive there.

Never book here! The man at the reception desk is from the reservation site.Say you've been a victim of fraud. You will be asked to pay double the amount you reserved. It is said that the ownership has changed since April.I made a reservation in April, so I thought you were the owner. The receptionist was in plain clothes, so it was obviously too suspicious. Is that the one doing the fraud? ? ?Please cancel on the site where you made your reservation. You will be asked for it.And they gave me a different phone number.I ended up finding a phone and calling myself. The site responded politely,I called this hotel from the website.I thought it was the worst hotel ever because it didn't seem to be coming out! I wish the police would take action...Especially if you are coming from overseas, please don't make a reservation! I don't want you to have bad memories of your trip to Japan!

We booked 2 nights through Booking. When we wanted to check in there was only a note on the door saying the hotel was closed. We then had to look for an alternative, which was difficult and expensive at such short notice.
