I stayed for one night during the three-day weekend in October.I've been there before and will be visiting again. There are single rooms available, so even one person can stay there at a reasonable price. It's great that the baths come with towels, so you can go in almost empty-handed.I think the breakfast is so delicious that it's not worth the price range. The hotel's original curry was very good, matching the spiciness and texture of the ingredients. Other than that, the chawan mushi with lily root and the freshly fried tempura were good. The capacity of the breakfast venue was sufficient for the number of rooms, so it didn't feel crowded. It's about ten minutes from the station, but there is also a shuttle bus. There is a souvenir shop attached, which has a wider variety of items than what you can buy at the station.Overall, I think this is a very cost-effective accommodation. I would like to visit you again.---I stayed here for one night at the end of the year. For dinner, we had a wide variety of drinks and drinks to choose from, so we were able to enjoy a variety of things. The explanation of the dishes varied depending on the employee. The cold dishes were okay, but the hot dishes were very delicious with the sweetness of the beef standing out. The dessert was elaborate, and I was very happy that the hojicha was served hot.It was a shame that the breakfast wasn't a buffet, but it was nice that hot dishes such as grilled fish and chawanmushi were served hot.

This is a review from a long-term solo business trip. When a colleague asked me where I was staying, I answered ``Hikone Castle,'' and the answer was ``Oh, it's a hotel.'' The facilities and service were exactly as I had imagined. I am so humbled by how kind I am.At some point in a restaurant, I met someone who worked at the Castle Hotel. Even though I was off duty, I was treated in a friendly manner. I could see that they were proud of their work even though they were behind the scenes, and I thought that I was working for a good company. One thing: I was traveling alone, so I had a hard time finding dinner after work. There is no convenience store within walking distance, so you have to walk in the direction of Hikone Station. I look forward to future room service support. (As of 2024/09)I used it for my company's corporate contract. I will also use it when I am on a business trip to Hikone.

Accommodation with good location. The location is also good, right next to Hikone Castle. The food (dinner and breakfast) was also delicious. The bath is small, but it is clean and comfortable.

I stayed for one night with only breakfast. The location is in front of the moat where you can see Hikone Castle with nothing blocking your view. You can also see the castle illuminated. You can also see it from the public bath on the 5th floor. In a single room. The view from the room I stayed in was towards the town. The single room felt like it was at the level of a business hotel.I think the twin room would give you a better view of the castle from the room. The lounge on the second floor had free beer and other drinks. We were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the castle and moat for free. The breakfast was buffet-style with a variety of dishes, and we were satisfied with the taste.I was very satisfied with my stay at a reasonable price. For dinner, I had a delicious oyakodon at a Hinai Jidori restaurant on Castle Road, which is about an 8-minute walk away, and I was very satisfied.

I stayed on the castle side, where I could see the National Treasure Hikone Castle✨, which I had always been interested in, from my room. The room has curtains that automatically open and close, and the view from there is spectacular 😊 A wonderful time spent relaxing on the table and chairs. It was amazing to see the castle lit up at night from the bath. For dinner, the Omi beef kaiseki meal was excellent and the taste was perfect. Also, the atmosphere in the lounge after bathing was great, and it was a special experience to spend time looking at Hikone Castle with the drinks they served. The staff's customer service and smiles are great, and I would like to use this hotel again! Recommended 😊 Thank you 😊

Although it is not used for lodging, it has been used for meals in the past. Anyway, it's in the best location where you can see the National Treasure Hikone Castle, and the interior has been upgraded in recent years, and the atmosphere and scenery are somehow more delicious than before!I'm sure it would be a great experience to stay in a room with an open-air bath and drink a cold beer while looking at the illuminated Hikone Castle.2024.7.11I often use it for meals, but this time I didn't forget to take a picture, so I'll upload it! This is Tachibana Masa's meal. The quantity was a bit small for men.

The service was very pleasant. The room and breakfast buffet were average considering the cost performance, and it was nice to be able to eat on the terrace on a sunny day.Considering it's a resort and spa, the bath was unfortunately small. There is a steak restaurant next door, but there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, which is inconvenient.
