Friends who like peace and quiet can come here. The room price is very large, with private bath, parking space and breakfast. I personally like it here better

[What is a 3 star hotel? ]This is an accommodation that is not worth the price. I was fooled by the photo. I looked at the exterior, interior, kaiseki cuisine, hot springs, location, etc. on the website and thought it was a 3 star hotel at this price, so I was completely disappointed.A crooked sink that looks like it was renovated by an amateur, and a light switch that comes off easily. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. And the disgusting smell of deodorant/air freshener. I didn't use the indoor semi-open-air bath because it was too scary, but there were glass partitions and blinds that made me think it was a love hotel. Kaiseki cuisine is all about the utensils and appearance, the lid of the chawanmushi is missing, and the dishes are served in a sloppy manner, giving the appearance of a lack of education. Most of the staff, including the front staff, are Indian? Most of them can understand Japanese, but the explanations are difficult to understand, and it's a bit of a mystery how the hotel entrance can be opened manually. Within 3 minutes of arriving, the tension dropped.I really regret that I decided to stay here without reading the reviews carefully because it was a 3 star hotel with a rating of 3.2 stars on Google Maps and over 200 reviews. I would like to think that it is very rare to come across an inn like this.

I chose this hotel because all rooms had open-air baths. As a result, there was no open-air bath.I would like to write about the good and bad points.Bad place・The room does not have an open-air bath. There were only two small windows and a bathtub. If you're unlucky enough to end up in a room facing the mountain, you'll have no choice but to look out at the forest from a small window in the bath.・Hot water suddenly stops flowing during the showerWhen I called the front desk, I was told that this happens often.・All the staff are foreigners and it is difficult to understand Japanese・The road to get there is too difficultI climbed a pretty steep hill, but I think I would have ended up in a ditch if I hadn't been riding a light bike. There are no signboards, so it's easy to get lost. When I went to Google Street, the road was closed. There's nothing I can do now.Good place・Miso soup is delicious ( ˙-˙ )

Unusually at Livemax, dinner was a kaiseki meal rather than a buffet. There are a lot of dishes that I would think of at a buffet (-_・), but I think they were quite delicious.Livemax has hot springs in the rooms, but there is a slight musty smell, which is a bit disappointing. Also, the parking lot was narrow and I was guided to park, but I had to park from the edge! There was no flexibility, and I got a call after 9pm asking to move my car (even though I had arrived early and parked it), so I felt a bit uneasy. The hot water in the public bath had a sulfur smell. In the morning, the water was so hot that I couldn't get into it. Might be good if you like hot foodIt's on a hill and you have to climb some stairs, so I don't think people with mobility problems will be able to go there.
