The place is small and welcoming, it only offers 4 dishes but they are excellent. It's like being at home, highly recommended.

It's what you reserve. This is an international accommodation. Until then we had been with Japanese in most accommodations, but here we met Western people. Maybe because of the type of accommodation. These are two floors of wooden capsules, with shared bathrooms and showers. The capsules are spacious and very good. Silent. Very comfortable.Just highlighting, contrary to what I would have thought, that it was very cold. The air is at extreme temperatures. And I'm not exaggerating. But good experience.

3 people stay, 769 yuan per night, which is not bad if you are a backpacker. The room is very small, and you will hit your head all the time in the lower room. Almost all of them are foreign tourists. They use the public bathroom with attached shampoo. , shower gel, towels, hair drying is not allowed after 22:00, but can be done until 23:00 on holidays. It is really quiet at night. You cannot eat in the room. You have to go downstairs to the check-in area next door to eat. The B&B also sells drinks and food., the kitchen provides free tea and coffee for you to enjoy. In the evening, you can go next door to chat with tourists and clerks. You have to make your own bed sheets and quilt covers. After checking out, you have to throw them into the bucket yourself. You can store your luggage first. There is no elevator, so If your luggage is heavy, you need to carry it.It's about a 13-minute walk from Hakone Station. What's more difficult is that you have to climb a small slope to get to the check-in area. The store staff are very nice and can communicate in English. There is an izakaya above the B&B open until 00:00, and the food is quite delicious. There is a shopping street just outside Hakone Station, but it closes very early. There is also a 7-11 (24 hours) Lawson (07:00-22: 00), quite lively.

Although is good value for the price, the bunk beds have been built in a way that they are practically acoustic boxes, so every single sound is amplified I'm a heavy sleeper and had troubles with it

Comfortable and homely accommodation in Hakone. We had a private room, and were impressed that we got toiletries to use, as well as tea/coffee so we could have a cup in the morning. It's good value for money I think. It's a decent walk up a steep hill from the station.

I have stayed here twice and I'd happily do it again. Certainly not 5 star, but awesome for the money, especially in a spa town like Hakone. The staff, the service and the funky little bar are what makes this place awesome!!!!
