It’s an old Japanese house with the first floor renovated for a more modern style.At first glance, the place seemed to be fine. The kitchen, table, and beds are clean. But then we saw that the floor was dirty, when we wiped it with tissue it turned black. The window seals all over the house are all dirty and moldy, and haven’t been cleaned probably in a year or so. Curtains are the same, dirt splashes, all moldy.The house overall smells moldy and mushy.Since it’s a dog-allowed place they also provide a soft cage for dogs. I’m so disappointed I didn’t notice it when I put my dog in it and we left for the shop. When we came back and it was dark we turned the light on, and the cage was extremely dirty and moldy!!! When we played with our dog’s toys they got dirty right away, coz even tho we wiped the floor lightly it still was dirty, because it needed a thorough cleaning like the rest of the house (why do we even have to clean the house we just got in on our vacation?).The bathroom is also dirty, the water drain is all gooey and not cleaned. It seems they cleaned only the “bathtub”. spider webs everywhere. Also, dogs are not allowed in the bathroom. So you can’t wash them there. Also, the bathtub leaks so you will have to refill it instead of just heating it.Also, we wanted to use a grill but it’s rusty and doesn’t look new like you see in the photos. And stored on the terrace with a moldy cover.The ramp leading to the dog run is rusty and the handles are also all rusty and falling apart. So it was unusable (which was the big part for us renting the place)House is deteriorating here and where. The broken stairs, door, and crack between the floor and the wall on the first floor by the sink. But it’s not even the main problem. The house needs a general and thorough cleaning before housing people for money!Out of pluses:Still nice to have a hot tub after traveling.A washer/dryer is also very convenient.Overall I couldn’t feel at ease in the house, because everything was dirty and moldy. Was worried about the dog running around that floor, going to moldy curtains. Wouldn’t suggest a place for anyone honestly until it’s thoroughly cleaned.

It is a three-story building with a living room and kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen was large and we were able to cook together. The living room has a dining table, large sofa, and TV. Although there were 11 people in the room, we had a relaxing time. The second floor has a large terrace and bedroom. It was a light summer rain, so we had a BBQ on the terrace! There are tables and chairs for a large number of people, so you can relax and enjoy yourself. It would have been nice to have a tent though! The bedroom on the third floor was like an inn and had a great atmosphere! The bath was big enough for 3-4 people and was really nice. The manager was also very kind and helpful by contacting me in advance about how to save up for baths and things to be careful about. It was a very nice accommodation! ! I still want to use it!

My family used it.We were able to stay with a large number of people and have a wonderful time in a relaxing environment.It is said that it can accommodate up to 14 people, so I would like our team members to have fun using it next time!Thank you very much (^^)

I used it with a friend. In the spacious living room, we were able to relax and gather together both at night and in the morning. The bathroom was also spacious and felt very comfortable.There were three toilets, so there was no problem even with a large number of people. It was comfortable! Thank you very much (^^)

I stayed here with a friend as a treat this summer. I was able to relax in the large living room and have a very comfortable bath.Hakone was very cool, so I slept soundly on my futon and enjoyed the refreshing morning on the balcony.I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.

The spacious space provides enough privacy for everyone to relax and share some quality time.Outdoor BBQ is one of the highlights of this holiday home. The facilities were very complete and we were able to easily enjoy a barbecue. Additionally, the relaxing stone bath is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and refresh yourself while surrounded by nature. You can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere befitting Hakone.This inn is recommended for those who want to relax or are planning a stay with a large group. This facility, which combines the latest appliances with traditional stone baths, will provide you with an unforgettable stay experience.

We stayed with a large number of people.The living room was spacious and we were able to have fun together before moving to each room.The bath was spacious and we could fit 3 people at once, so it was very time efficient!The surrounding area was quiet, and although I stayed in September when it was extremely hot, it was so cool that I could sleep without an air conditioner.I want to go again♪
