Booked this place last minute because we had to cancel our hike of Fuji. It's very boutique-ey with really nice rooms and décor that make you feel like you are in a retreat. The place stinks like wood (in a great way). Friendly staff, decent breakfast, nice pyjamas, and a welcome drink! Room itself was very well equipped, and we had a really decent nights sleep. They gave us some towels at check-in at it was raining so much, and allowed us to store our bags there before check-in while we explored Hakone.Only criticism - maybe a little over-priced? Otherwise a great place to stay!

There are several parking lots nearby😆They guided me carefully!!!I was very happy that they upgraded me when a larger room was available 😍Best of all, the fabric softener used in the towels and nightwear smelled amazing!!The welcome drink was also very delicious!Breakfast was buffet style and was served in a stylish lounge!!I think it depends on the season, but the accommodation fee this time was (¥18,000 for two people). I made a reservation by paying in advance by credit card.

We arrived here from the hectic city of beautiful Tokyo and immediately felt decelerated.Check in is 4 p.m. but we were able to lock our large suitcases in a locker early. There is no elevator. Therefore a little more difficult with large suitcases but doable. The hotel is very urban and has a relaxing effect.The room was very clean and the loft bed solution meant you had more space than other rooms in Japan.We booked the room with a private bathroom and received a very tasty welcome drink. You could choose between several, alcoholic hf. Non-alcoholic.The staff is very friendlyThe breakfast is very manageable but tasty. Especially the egg dish.We stayed there for one night and felt very relaxed.

specially designed interior and spacious common areas. Perfect in details have to stay. I forgot to return the room key on time and the receptionist reassured me with her beautiful smile and it really relieved me.

Super calm, clean, and comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. They have a toiletry kit and pyjama for you. The buffet style breakfast was delicious. I slept in the capsule style room. No complaints.

Amazing stay at RoheN Hakone Yumoto !The room is has a beautiful rustic style and is comfortable. It is also clean and neat. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The half buffet style breakfast was amazing too. They provided us with Welcome Drinks upon check in.However, the Beef Curry Rice and Vinegar Pork and Cabbage Stew that we ordered for dinner were extremely disappointing.The amazing stay, environment and staff makes up for it though.
