The room is spacious and clean, relatively new, and I think it has probably been renovated. As for the dinner, all the food was laid out and it was delicious, but unfortunately it was cold. Breakfast is quite good with grilled fish and a wide variety of buffets. The bath is a little yellow and cloudy, giving you the feeling of being in a hot spring. Most lockers don't have keys, so you should use your valuables.Due to the quiet location, the signal is not very good. Although there is Wi-Fi, it is difficult to access in the room, so it is not suitable for people who have urgent matters.

I went there 20 years ago and it was the worst.Even back then, the rooms were shabby, the service was the worst, and the food was the worst. It may have been a pioneer because it was in the state of what we now call Itoen, but it was a place that was cheap and bad.I heard that it has been renovated, but if it is a successful inn that has been revitalized and the inside remains the same even if the hardware changes, I think it will have a short lifespan.

The room has been renovated and is very clean. The quality of the spring water is good and I keep coming back. There aren't many electrical outlets, so it's a good idea to bring an extension cord of about 3m. I bring it with me.

It was a very satisfying stay with meals in the room. The spirit of hospitality shines through everywhere, including the powerful hair dryer, cute bath bag, and functional plates for the breakfast buffet. The rooms were spacious and had a luxurious feel, which made me feel excited. For the meal, we only had the regular course, but there was a wide variety of items, including the abalone grilled on a ceramic platter, and all of them were very delicious. My only regret was that I had to eat sukiyaki with hot spring eggs. . .It's probably a consideration for foreign customers, but this is Japan, so Japanese people don't have to cater to foreigners 100% of the time. . .I wish they would have at least put raw eggs and half-boiled eggs side by side and let me choose the raw egg. . .Also, due to the location of the plateau, I couldn't get Rakuten Mobile's signal, so I connected to Wi-Fi, but the connection was unstable, which was a bit stressful for someone like me who relies on my smartphone. However, overall, I am very satisfied with the detailed care and hospitality. This is an inn that I would like to recommend.

This is a hotel with a good balance of service, food, rooms, hot springs, etc. that is worth the price. This is a highly recommended accommodation for hot spring and golf trips from the Tokyo area.Just a basic service? The "hospitality" part that should be included is as follows.(⭐️I gave it four, but please also refer to the post by Yukari Fujita in this review.)①We had been informed in advance that they would come to lay out the futon for us, but when we returned to the room after dinner, there was nothing there, so my husband and I laid out the futon. (Answer that I'm sorry)②Also, I didn't have a toothbrush and when I asked the front desk, they said it was in a box next to the sink, but when I told them they didn't have it, they said, "It's at the front desk, so please come and get it." A reply.③We stayed for two consecutive nights. The sheets for the second consecutive night are supposed to be in a plastic bag in front of the room with other bath towels, etc., without the employee entering the room! There is no!! ️ (Once again, I told them on the extension line and they brought it to me)At first glance, I can only imagine that there are a lot of people who appear to be foreign nationals working hard, and that there are areas where the management is not paying enough attention to providing guidance on the various settings and checking. It may be difficult for people who are concerned about posting pre-cooked meals, not to mention the costs, and such things.Nothing is better than nothing, so I hope it will get better.

Prior to our stay, we received a thorough phone call to confirm any allergies and if we had any concerns. Even during the transfer to and from the Togendai bus stop, they kept my luggage with me so I could go sightseeing right away, which was really helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and I enjoyed it.

There was a strange odor in the elevator, the floor from which the elevator exited on the 4th floor. When I asked for help, they said it was smelly at first, but after getting used to it, the response was a bit unclear. The entrance to the shared toilet on the 4th floor was also broken, but they didn't have any parts. It seems they have no intention of repairing it. I don't like the smell, but I hope it gets better.
