There was a smell in the room. Also, I tried to contact them in advance to inform them of the change in the number of people, but I could not get through on the phone. The staff's response is also very bad. In particular, the staff member named "Saito" was the worst.I stayed for 2 nights, but because I couldn't make a reservation for the karaoke room on the first day, I made a reservation for 2 hours starting at 8:30pm on the morning of the second day. This reservation was handled by a foreign staff member who can speak Japanese.However, when I went to the front desk in the evening, my reservation had been automatically shortened to one hour, and Saito told me that there was another group behind me. When I asked, ``Since I made a reservation for two hours first, could you please change me to a later group,'' I was simply dismissed and said, ``That's not possible.'' The latter group had a reservation starting at 9:45 pm, so when we asked them to delay the reservation by at least 15 minutes so we could use the service for an hour and a half, they just kept saying, ``We can't do that.''``Since it was a mistake on the staff's part, why can't they at least take care of things like drink service?Also, there are three karaoke rooms, so why can't you do anything about it?'' When I asked, ``I can only use one room.'' "It's a difference in perception between the reservation staff and the customer," I received an unbelievable answer.When I checked, I found out that even though he was not the manager of the staff member who made the mistake, he was just a colleague, he did not call the person in charge, and he was insistent that he couldn't do everything, and didn't talk to me about it. did. The room was spacious and I was able to see Mt. Fuji. The open-air bath is great, but I don't understand why there is a charge for toothbrushes. Access is quite inconvenient. It takes about 13 minutes on a mountain road to get to the bus stop where you can use the free pass, so it was quite difficult to get there without a car. There's nothing around, so I'd like to at least have a vending machine for cup noodles or sweets.

There is nothing good about it other than the open-air bath and the price.Even though it is located in Hakone, it is quite far back.Are the employees from China who can only speak a smattering of Japanese? is working in one operation, so I can't really communicate.I arrived late at night, so I had no idea where the entrance was because all the lights were off from the entrance to the parking lot.When I asked her on the phone where to enter, all she said was ``Hayakushite, Shimeruyo.''It was pitch black, rainy and foggy, and I was looking for the entrance, soaking wet with only the light of my cell phone.The lights in the bathroom were off, the front door was locked, and nothing was sold except for alcohol, so I was on an isolated island on land, unable to take a bath or eat until morning.Also, almost all the amenities were paid.I'd like you to prepare a toothbrush.Also, the futons are not in sheets, they are piled up randomly in the closet, and I am told to put them in the sheets myself.A bed and breakfast in an abandoned country town is much better.I will never go there again.

The location is quite remote. If you don’t have a car, you can only take the cable car. In winter, the cable car disappears after 4 o’clock, so remember to go early. And there are few people nearby, so be sure to book breakfast and dinner at the hotel, otherwise you will regret it. It only costs over 12,000 yen per person including breakfast and dinner, which is not expensive.The hot springs in the hotel are great. If you arrive early, you can take a bath before having dinner. The Japanese-style room is super large and you can see Mount Fuji directly from the window. It can sleep 10 people without any problem. But you have to make your own bed, and there is no bathroom. To take a bath, you have to go to a hot spring bathhouse.In summary, if you want to be alone or in the company of a travel companion, if you want to be cheap and close to the lake, if you want to have Japanese breakfast and dinner but also want to soak in Hakone hot springs, this place is very suitable.

I used it on a family trip with children, and it was a very good inn that was cheap and relaxing (^^)You can lay out your own futon, but there are no staff coming in and out, so it's more comfortable.The hot spring was also warm and had a nice temperature. Unlike large inns, there weren't many people, so I was able to relax and soak in the water! The food is also perfect for 10,000 yen for one night with two meals included.There are baby cots for both men and women in the public bath, and the rooms are spacious, so you can feel safe bringing your children with you.We also appreciate that you can extend your check-out by an hour if you pay an additional fee! I will use it again when I come to Hakone.
