I stayed with my mother as it was a travel gift from my company. In conclusion, it was a wonderful stay except for one thing. When I made the reservation for the transfer, I was asked if there were any foods I didn't like, and when I arrived I was greeted by a waiter, which made me feel at ease and had a calming atmosphere. It's a renovated inn, so it feels old in places, but it's nice and sophisticated. The room appears to have been completely renovated. It was the most reasonable room, but as I saw on the website, it was a modern, clean room that my mother was happy with. One thing, the drain in the room? I was very curious about the smell. There was no door in the shower room, so I thought the smell was coming from there, so I took measures such as covering it with a towel, but the smell persisted and I couldn't find where it was coming from. After taking a bath or having a meal, I felt so good when I returned to my room. . It was a shame that it turned out to be.I think it would be better to take action as soon as possible for the sake of the guests who will be staying later. The room I stayed in had a small floor plan, so I think other rooms would be fine.for your information.

This time, I visited for the first time in the unfortunate rain, but when I arrived by car, the staff at the inn greeted me with an umbrella, which I was grateful for.The explanation of the facility at check-in was very polite and friendly, with a smile on my face. After sorting my things in my room, I headed straight to the public bath, but the water was so lukewarm that I didn't feel tired even after soaking in it for a long time. Our purpose this time was to soak in a hot spring, so it was a bit of a hit.Since the outside temperature of the open-air bath in the room was a little low, the temperature of the water was slightly higher than body temperature, so I was able to soak in it for a long time many times. The open-air bath in the room had an electric roof, but unfortunately it retracted in 15 minutes and I had to use the remote control to bring it out many times. However, hot springs warm the body from the core, and I think that long bathing promoted dedox and boosted immunity.Dinner was a course kaiseki meal, but I had the impression that it was average, and I felt there was room for improvement. In particular, I felt that it would be good to increase the number of appetizers to make the drinks more appealing (this is just my opinion as someone who likes alcohol). ).Overall, I thought the inn was clean and well-balanced.

I was able to relax in a very quiet inn.Although this room is one of the cheapest in this inn, it is spacious, clean, and very comfortable! The temperature of the open-air bath was just right and I was able to take a long bath.Anyway, the food is excellent and I want to go again.

I stayed here in March of this year. First of all, there was a crowd of guests at the check-in time of 15:00, and the staff were not managing things properly. Another customer, who was paralyzed and had to wear a brace, also seemed astonished by the poor guidance. Also, at dinner, I was served rare meat even though my husband had asked me not to serve raw meat because I was pregnant. A foreign staff member was explaining kaiseki cuisine to me, but I had no idea what they were saying. Even though I paid a not-so-cheap amount to stay at a Japanese inn, I was disillusioned by the explanations I couldn't understand from a foreigner. The foreign staff aren't bad. At least a Japanese person should be able to explain kaiseki cuisine, which has many words that are difficult even for Japanese people. The room was clean and I was satisfied. It was an inn where the service was not worth the price.

I took a vacation for the first time in a while, and I stayed here for several nights.I arrived by car, and the directions to pick up and drop off the parking lot were easy to understand, my luggage was quickly carried to my room, and I was able to check in smoothly. The dinner and breakfast dishes for the two days were beautifully decorated with pottery, and the vegetables, fish, and meat neatly arranged in small bowls were fresh, delicious, and the portions were satisfying. Also, the cheerful and sincere behavior of the staff left a very strong impression on me.The room I stayed in was a detached guest room, but it had a quiet and spacious floor plan, and everything I thought would be nice to have, such as amenities and outlets, was within easy reach, so I didn't have to worry about anything I was looking for or missing. I never thought about it.In addition, the open-air bath in the guest room on the terrace was fed directly from the source and was not too hot, so the temperature was just right, so I was able to soak in it repeatedly to warm up. When it rains, you can use the remote control to put out the rain roof over the bathtub, which is very convenient. We, who are so-called "recluses" who rarely leave our rooms, were able to stay for several nights very comfortably.Highly recommended for those who want to relax at a hot spring inn in Yugawara to relieve their daily fatigue! Thank you for your help.

The room was very bright and open. The view from the open-air bath was nice and I was able to spend a comfortable time.I was impressed by the thoroughness of the foreign staff's explanations of the dishes.I enjoyed the view of the garden while eating a bite of ice cream provided in the public bath.

I was staying with an infant, but I was told that the baby futon was only for napping, so I chose a regular Japanese-style room plan.Even though it wasn't a baby plan, they provided a trash can for diapers and amenities for children in the room, which was helpful! As per the reviews, I got the impression that there were a lot of foreign staff, but everyone was smiling and made me feel comfortable. The food was delicious and the portions weren't too large. When my child got upset during the meal, they brought toys and a baby chair without me having to ask, and I was very grateful for their thoughtfulness.Since this is a baby-welcome inn, there were many families with children. I was also bringing a baby with me, so it didn't bother me, but the sounds of small children running around in the hallways and their voices were quite loud...It's quite expensive, so if you're not traveling with children, you'll likely be disappointed. I don't think my husband and wife should go together.

Yugawara ReviewsIt was the first inn I visited.I had high expectations from the photos and reviews before visiting, but it exceeded my expectations.I was impressed by how clean the inside of the hotel was, how open the baths were, and how delicious the food was.I visited to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday, so we stayed in a slightly larger room, but it was stylish, comfortable, and truly the best.My mother was overjoyed when we added flowers and a cake option to celebrate her 60th birthday. The flowers were exactly as pictured. Also, the service such as taking videos was wonderful. Also, as we had carefully planned the surprise for our 60th birthday, we communicated with each other via email even before the day, and all of the staff responded with great care. Therefore, the surprise on the day went well,The 60th birthday celebration truly became a memorable family memory.I will use them again.
