Great value for the price! The rooms are quite large for Japan and have a small kitchen and dining area which is nice. The location is very central. Close to two trains and 5 minutes away from nashiki market!

I used it for my first family trip 😆-Bad points-It just so happened that the person in the room next door came home around 12:00 a.m. and used the microwave about 10 times, and then started running the washing machine, and from then on, the noises of daily life such as the dragging of chairs and the sound of the TV continued...Even though there's a 11pm good night sign on the door...That's what I thought, but maybe there's only one person next door...When the person came home, my daughter and I were shocked and she cried for about 10 seconds, but I managed to calm her down. My daughter went to sleep, but I couldn't sleep after that...I was sad that the hotel had taken measures such as putting thick soundproofing material on the walls. That person went to bed after 1 o'clock, but then the person next to me on the other side took a shower and started running the washing machine😵‍💫In the end, I wasn't able to sleep until after 3 o'clock...Most nearby parking lots cost 2,000 yen for a maximum of 24 hours. The temperature control for the shower etc. is the old-fashioned and difficult type.- Good point -The receptionist was very kind. He told me about upcoming events and carried my luggage to my room.Checkout is also very easy. There was also laundry detergent (powder), dish detergent, dish detergent, etc.The price was low, the station was about 5 minutes walk, and the room was clean. I've stayed at several hotels so far, and the window frames were beautiful!

Big room, convenient self-contained washing machine. Walls are paper thin, could hear every word and movement from neighbors next door.

There is also a washing machine and a kitchen. It's a very comfortable floor as shoes are strictly prohibited. However, there are some weaknesses〇Wall too thin problemThis time, the next door neighbor was a Chinese customer, and after he came back after 1 a.m., the conversation and daily noises, and the washing machine noise in the middle of the night was quite loud. There is also quite a lot of noise from the outdoor unit coming from outside.I was a little worried since there were earplugs in the room.〇The shower is an old-fashioned mixed faucet, so the temperature is not stable.Perhaps due to the influence of other rooms, the water pressure suddenly decreases and it becomes cold, so you need to be careful.〇No pajamasHowever, the cleanliness is perfect and the location is not bad, so I thought it would be a great hotel as long as it didn't fail at the gacha next door.I think it would be better to have a multilingual video warning about manners, rules, etc., and an explanation at check-in.

The receptionist was beautiful and polite. However, there were children running around upstairs and it was noisy, which was a problem.Consideration should be given to families with children, such as staying on the lower floor.

It was a nice place to stay, clean and comfortable, at a reasonable price. There were many restaurants around, so I didn't have any problems finding food. It had good access to sightseeing spots and I was able to enjoy Kyoto to the fullest. The staff's response was warm and we had a comfortable stay. This is a hotel that I would like to use again next time.
